My CMRi ROI due for payment on 26/10/2020 has not been paid up till now. I am waiting for weekly small business plan ROI for this week. Other previous week's have been paid.

My weekly Small business location plan was paid yesterday by the Map.Ng

This evening I was paid of my weekly Small business plan by the map.Ng. This came as a surprise to me. Delay in payment of my first ROI made me to lose hope. I pray that they keep it up and put smile on the face of their investors that put trust in them. Something must be done about their payment system fast. I wish them success on their endeavor.

I finally received payment on ROI due last week Monday (28/09/2020) for CMRi and Small business plan location at 7:15pm today from the Map.Ng. Though awaiting payment for weekly Monday ROI on small business plan location for this week. All the same I feel relief for all the stress. I hope there won't be elapses in subsequent payment. I wish other investors success in their investment.

Happy Sunday. I went to the Map.ng office at ikeja last week Tuesday for complaint,sent email with invoices attached to them and DM to instagram. Payment due on 28/09/2020 not yet pay.
I hope they will do the needful tomorrow on 05/10/2020 the second week Monday.
I will let the house when alert finally receives.

I also invested on CMRi and small plan location on 26/08/2020 that l expected payment on 28/09/2020. I have not been paid for both. I already sent them mail and what's app message s for the omission.Invoices attached as evidence. I hope it is not selected payment.
I will let the house know when l am paid. Any other persons who have not been paid should voice out.

Pertaining to the Bluegate batteries, they were
bought new directly from the Bluegate company with 2KVA Bluegate inverter and lasted for 10hrs on plasma tv, two fans, 4 bulbs then. I have been using them for over 3yrs now.

Good evening. I have two weak Bluegate inverter batteries of 200AH each. They lasted just 2hrs on low load use( fan and 2 energy saving bulbs of 18w each)
Can you refurbish them for me?
If yes, what is the cost?
What is average duration of refurbished inverter battery on moderate use?

Hello friend. Just to educate you and other
members of this forum. There is no connection between the size of your penis

They detest news of billions dollar missing in federation acct. and no body to give full acct. ,1billion naira allocated for feeding for presidency while majority of citizens are wallowing in penury. Offensive statement of his cronies instead of addressing the issue raised. Buhari may not be the saviour but the country need change to correct anomalies in the system I.e corruption, insecurity, impunity, unemployment. I believe it is high time for PDP should come together to rebuild their party and learn from their mistakes. it is time to disregard false hope that they are biggest party in Nigeria. The issue of the strike is not about house officers receiving teaching allowance or not.
The reason is failure of government to fulfill parts of his agreement with the Guild last year.
First most, there was demotion of doctors steps, so that doctors that have been in service for nos
of years earn less than his counterparts with the same nos of years in other state
2. Lagos state did not pay CONMESS,but worked out their own salary structure that put their
doctors at disadvantage with their colleagues that are working in other states with CONMESS scale.
3.CONMESS has been establishment for over 2yrs.LASG just commenced their worked out medical salary scale last year with payment of only
one areas. No intention of paying accrued areas.
4. No more annual increase in step again, your salary remained fixed until you moved to higher grade level 3yrs or 4yrs
later. Your payslips doesn't show your step anymore. Only your grade level.
5. Heavy tax compare to other states that even pay FULL CONMESS and federal institutions.
6.Few registrars in LASUTH, you will find yourself being on duty for 24hrs for 3 months.
You just go home to change your clothes and come back immediately to work since you are the
only Registrar or Senior Registrar in that unit. Forget about your family.
7.Govt. was fully aware of 3days warning strike before embarked on.It was embarked on after failure of response
and dialogue from government despite early agreement with union. It is an established fact that LASG never responds to workers' request(s)
until they embark on strike.
8.Issued of queries /PMB to some doctors while it was industrial action from the association that involved all doctors.Why not all doctors?
It was just a device to weaken the association. LASG never makes move for welfare package for doctors except the Medical Guild fought for it.
9. Housing scheme of 8 millions for 2 bed room flat and 15 millions 3 bed room flat. How many doctors can afford that.
IF some states pay FULL CONMESS, what stop centre of excellency(Lagos State) from doing so. Moreover; compare high cost of living,
high accommodation and transportation fares in Lagos State.

Thank God Eko Ile that you agree the new salary scale has not been effected
It will only be effected after the end of March;2011.
Finally you agree nothing like free house; free cars and free health.
Again the state government now adjusted the maximum step you can reach in service
to step4 to prevent further rise in pay as your no of years in service increase.
Those in step6 to 11 have to be brought back to step4.
This is a great injustice.Finding all means to make sure the doctors are not well
compensated for their work and to curtail worker wages.
What is your say about this?
I want you to be factual about this. So that we can find lasting solution
to the problem.

I don't know who you are but your claims of free cars, free house and free health is false.
I am insider within ministry of health in Lagos state. I am not aware of free house.
Am only aware of accommodation allowance that is entitle to every civil servant that
is also applicable to doctors. Every civil servant(including doctors) pay for their health services.
No reduction. No free drugs for all civil servants.
I know no less than 40 doctors that join public transport to work. Few that uses cars
borrow from bank or raise money from their private business to purchase 2nd handed cars or
tokunbo cars.
The CONMESS is not only being fight for in Lagos state. All doctors in all states in federation went on
strike for the same. The governors in their respective state agree to pay it and the strike was
called off. Why not Lagos state? The strike has the backing of NIGERIAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION(NMA).
Sacking is going to be impossible. The new doctors will still be under NMA that gives the directive.
EKO ILE you are spreading lies to confuse the forumites to turn their heart against doctors.
Let us stop the propaganda and face the facts.
The only way out is DIALOGUE not fire brigade approach.
Governor Fashola should try to involve the NMA also.

Let us be sincere with ourselves. Will you be proud to call a doctor coming down from Okada motor cycle your doctor in the midst of
your friends. Shame will possess you to call such your doctors. I experienced a scene when a patient refused a doctor to treat her
because the doctor is not using a car. She wants the second doctor with a car to treat her because in her own opnion the second doctor must
be more knowledgeable and must be a senior doctor.The way the society is looking at the doctors is on extreme side. They pay more for services.
People believe they are rich whereas  opposite is the case. I have seen a doctor producing pure water as a means of surviving meager pay of
government. How do you expect such doctor to be more efficient at work. Do you expect such doctor to read or go for professional courses that
can improve his skills as a doctor? The doctor that is still looking for means of surviving. Now we do say Nigerian doctors are not competent.
How do you expect them to be competent. Let us call a spade a spade. I know you are speaking from emotional angle and suffering people going
through now. Will you allow such frustrated doctors to treat you? You should know your grave his nearer. A sad doctor is a dangerous doctor.
To me let them fight until their satisfactory desire are met. They are not useful to me now. We are talking about life here. If it is gone; it is gone
forever. That is why we respect their services. That is why the high value place on them. That is why more honour is giving to them than other
professions. Don't let us envy them. Let us envy life put in their hands. I believe way to redress this issue is govt. to provide 1.Affordable and Good accommodation for them all. Sacking the doctors is not the solution but taking a critical look of the situation. From reliable source what Tinubu actually quoted is not truth. No doctor in
Lagos state has started receiving such salary. Federal government doctors are more in number than the Lagos state doctors. Agreement is an agreement.You don't change your promises. What about other states that pay full CONMESS to their doctors with arrears. Lagos state has over 5million population with just over 1200 doctors to cater for their health needs in comparison with other states with less population. Mind you; the salary scale has been effected since
Jan; 2010 by federal health institutions with prompt payment. You have not started; yet you are thinking of sacking. Am not surprise; these politicians don't
make use of our health facilities. They take care of themselves and other family members abroad. They are less concern. How many doctors do we produce in this country yearly? How many of the doctors produced are still working in Nigeria? I doubt whether Lagos state government will be able to find sufficient
replacement for these doctors. Lagos state health facilities will run out of man power. I also doubt foreign doctors will come to Nigeria to work with what
Mr. Tinubu thought is a good salary package. There was a time i heard at TVC programme when the present commissioner of health in Lagos state said Nigerian doctors are the worst pay in the World. Many countries are taking step to prevent brain drain and preserve their doctors. They are in high demand. What are we going to do?  To this discard few we have and later suffer for it? Let us be reasonable and put sentiment away. The doctors are respected all over the World and well pay for their services. You too can enroll for Medicine to benefit from these privileges.To be candid only you and myself will surfer it.
The politicians know where they receive their treatment. Again let us also listen to their own side of story before judging.
I particularly listen to interview with Lagos state Doctors on radios and T.V to know what the problems are.

Why he didn't sack them? Fire to fire will only bring back calamity. Let us find means of reaching agreement between the government  and doctors.
