what then is the problem,did you put on data when you launched it because you shouldn't...try rebooting the phone and then relaunching the game.

have you tried moving it to phone storage>>android>>Obb,what's the size of the game file and version.

Depends on ur fone version Android 5.0 downwards u can place it in sdcard or phone both works bt 5.0 up must b in fone storage
