Also I don't think some folks here saw the match, not even under a canopy. If you really watched the match you would have seen that hull defended too deep in their box and relied solely on lucky breaks. Mike Phelan was going for a draw in this game, which was expected and the likes of Huddleston, klukasz, and diomande denied our midfield space to run with the ball thus starving our strikers the service they needed. Hull, credit to them, defended well but had some luck keeping us out, the Zlatan first half back heel, the curtis Davis deflection that nearly gave ibrahimovic a tap in and the obvious handball in the box. Any other time and this match would have ended in a draw, also the kain pressure that we asserted today I have not seen since the SAF era. The don't give up till the final whistle attitude is back in the team.

I know say most of us no like Rooney but bros deserves his dues today, he was tireless, save for the few times he lost the ball in the first half, he had a pretty decent game. I said it here that this kinda matches shows us whether the team is capable of mounting a title challenge or not and tonight we dug in deep to record the win. Special credit has to go to Rashford for his endeavour today and the vital goal.

I have been reading this youth thrash for a very long time here and I must say that I'm really disappointed in the various discussions that have taken place about the matter. Poole will replace Carrick in our team? Really? Sean Goss?, Tuanzebe?, Mensah?, Weir? what are we Southampton? If Phee-lo-so-phee had stayed on he would have splashed another £150m pounds on players again, that I'm sure of, and not promoting the likes of freaking Poole to the first team setup. Folks have forgotten how the likes of rashford and TFM made it to the first eleven, El jefe's hand was forced because of injuries and not ingenuity. If you guys can remember vividly that this same LVG that is suddenly achieving sainthood in this thread was responsible for booting out several youth players during his time in this club, the likes of Jack barmby, petrucci, ekangamene, vermilj, lawrence , janko, henriquez (who was supposed to be our chicharito 2.0), Thorpe, Michael Keene, etc but once na Mourinho do am, he becomes a villain instantly.

Manchester United is not a trial and error club hence the reason we went for Jose and even LVG in the first place, youth can't win you trophies, they can't even get you the UCL slots, they can only take you as far as they got. As much as I will like to see rashford start week in week out because of his last season exploits, I like the current setup in the team, he and TFM will get chances to play this season and to learn from the very best, we have heard how Zlatan is impacting his football knowledge to these kids so that hopefully in the next 2 to 3 years, they will be ready for first team footie.

Now I'm not against the integration of youth into the team, I'm only against the ninjas that are screaming for them to get into the team now. We can't afford that, we need quality and experience in that team if we are to go back to the summit of football and not trying and hoping that in 3 to 4 years, some of them might be finally ready to take us to the promise land. Remember Andreas Pereira was fantastic for the reserve team also but is currently struggling to make his mark on the team. The fact that you are wonderful in age grade and reserve football doesn't necessarily make you a wonderful player at the biggest stage. Going out on loan is the best thing for these players, let them show us their worth there and then we can talk about bringing them to the first team setup. Shey Januzaj dey Sunderland? We dey watch.

Leicester are tasting champions League footie for the first time in their history while Spurs last tasted UCL football 6 years ago, both of them are inexperienced in this competition so don't expect too much from them.

I think he's drawing the complaints of the fans to the club's hierarchy. He wants the likes of Ed and maybe Sir Bobby Charlton to notice his situation and take action as he's quite ready to stay in Manchester throughout the duration of his contract unless someone else comes with a tempting offer. The problem is that the men in power do not want to upset the current mood within the club as the main aim is to return United back to the elites zone, wining trophies and attracting more investments to the club.

If I'm Bastian, instead of twitting upandan, I will go and meet with the gaffer (preferably at his place) with one respected senior member of the club and plead his case to the man, even if na backup player e go be, also he should promise to work on his fitness instead of chasing his wife to tennis competitions all over the globe while being injured. If you look at it, Mou probably doesn't fancy him because of his fitness problems, same as Jones.

The last team I watched wey park this kain bus na westham in Stamford bridge 3 years ago against Chelsea, that match ended in a draw hence the reason I de anxious to see how we go play those kind of teams especially when a goal down. Mourinho na master bus parker so I expect us to play well against big clubs na the small clubs I de look out for.

Not siding with Liverpool but Burnley sat very deep their box and had just two shots on target which unfortunately for Liverpool resulted into two goals. These small teams are the ones to look out for like I said yesterday because their simple tactics is to sit back and counter you meaning that you need to at least score the first goal in order to destabilize their tactics. Looking forward to the hull city match because just like Burnley, they too like to sit back and strike on the counter but I believe in the boys and the gaffer.
