@op check if you Google account has synced, go to accounts in settings and check if every stuff there has synced.

But before that, clear the data in the Google play store app in settings. It should work, that's what I did.

One or two of them? Are you having a laugh? Those guys over at the call center are tech noobs, they'd rather hang your call for hours(mtn in particular) or they redirect you to a number that doesn't work. They will even apologize for nothing instead of fixing the damn problem. And the worst part is that when you have finally gotten one of them and the call gets interrupted, you call back again but you get transfered to another guy who is even worse than the previous one you were dealing with and then you will have to start all over again.

This is a general phenomenon associated with those crack heads, a lot of people are complaining about it so don't you dare lecture me about generalization. This fuckery is national and if you want your problems solved easily and in most cases quickly, then use their social media outlet (twitter)

Those so called battery savers ends up eating your battery life since they also need it to run. I found out that my phone lasted well without them battery saver apps than with them.


Just like you and the guy above me said, recent android phones with the latest OS have inbuilt battery management modes.

@op it's either you used your line for cheats like the Bblited plan or mtn music plus plan and when you were through, you forgot to cancel the plans and today the thing renewed itself. Sh't happens.

The plan is not a scam cos that's what I'm using. Yes Glo network can be pure fuckery sometimes but at least they don't double bill like air - thieves tel. Op maybe your problem stems from the fact that the network connectivity is poor in your area.

Try out areas that have decent coverage and see if it works, you can also get in touch with their customer care service on Twitter, your problem will be solved easier there than those tech noobs in the call center.
