Nothing can be compared to being an Omoluabi. It's in the genes. Our parents taught us that a good name is better than gold and silver. No matter the hardship we won't dip our hands in criminality or bring bad name to our country. I rather cry Ebi npawa ooo than engage in dubious billionaires businesses.

We can't all subscribe to the same worldview, thanks to our origin and hence, our contentment in what/where we are as a people. We are Akwa Ibom People, an inherently blessed people.
Our richly endowed land is a testimony to this.

Appreciating the progress that our beautiful state capital has made shouldn't trigger anyone that claims to be actually rich.

my friend, just say you like to be poor, don't drag Akwa ibom people to it, i know some of them that are crazy about wealth.

That is why they are locking up and butchering your brothers like animals in Asia and all over the world.
You can as well join them and get subjected the most inhumane type of treatment one could ever think of before being sent to your ancestors.
Only animals are treated like you folks.
the world is for the strongest and boldest, all will die one day, blessed are the rich for they shall inherit the world, cursed are the poor for they shall inherit the ropes, no risk no rewards. We are Igbos, the children of God of prosperity.

I am equally stating the obvious, terrorists, skull miners, ritualists, international prostitutes, drug/human traffickers who are inspired and driven by extreme poverty are the backward people.
Americans, Qataris, Emiratis, Saudis and the English don't need to become animals like those earning Nigeria a tag to be called rich people cuz they all have the resources like Akwa Ibom.
Akwa Ibom people are richly endowed so they are not poor.
Once the system is configured and we take charge of our resources, our people will be lifted out of poverty.
We will never earn Nigeria a tag like your people because such a culture is alien to us, trust me.

America was built by mafia, not saints, like i stated earlier, no body becomes rich by being nice, those countries you mentioned are controlled by ruthless men who are ready to do whatever it takes to rich take your poverty mentality to your backward people.
Travel / Re: Beautiful Pictures From Uyo by Pascal9: 4:52pm On Mar 02
NigeriaIsDoomed:
Ndi rich man, Akwa Ibom people are poor but we know those who are mining the skulls of their fellow citizens to survive, those who are begging on the major streets of Nigeria are not Akwa Ibom people, those who are killing their parents and siblings just to survive are non Akwa Ibom, those who are taking prostitution to international level in Europe, on the streets of Italy are also not from Akwa Ibom, and finally those whose brothers are languishing in prsions all over the world while some are waiting to be guillotined like animals no thanks to extreme poverty are from where? Ndi rich people!
If those who are notorious for these tags on the country were all rich, they wouldn't reduce themselves to such a low level.
They were all driven by poverty to be doing all that shit so cut us some slack you hypocrite!
Akwa Ibom people will not become animals like others just to survive.
A good name is rather to be chosen than great richest is the watchword of an Akwa Ibom people. Our society from the onset was established on the principles of Ekpo and Ekpe, that elevate hardwork, and hence an average Akwa Ibom person and majority of Akwa Ibom are content with what we have and don't have that get rich or die getting rich mentality, that pushes them to reduce themselves to animals.
You are rich but your states depend on Akwa Ibom proceeds to survive and would rather plunge Nigeria into war than reconfigure the system for states to control their resources and develop at their states.

I wonder who is richer between a beggar and the giver.

You Nigerians are wonderful!

i only stated the facts, Akwa ibom is rich but the citizens are very backwards and poor, why are they not able to build beautiful structures to complement the good infrastructure in place.as for your epistle, all i have to say is that nobody becomes rich by playing saint and being good.

All Nigerians??! I have worked with a lot of Nigerian professionals across sectors and they delivered magnificently.

Why make such sweeping generalizations?!!

Besides, the ones who are dubious do so because they are not well monitored or supervised.

Well, let those who have no faith in their countrymen go ahead and hire expatriates... They haven't banned them from doing so.

Just be prepared to do it at a higher cost.

You are comparing apples and oranges, I'm afraid.

A country struggling economically shouldn't be spending needlessly to outsource jobs (and even pay in foreign currency) which can be handled by professionals within it.

The foreigners heading top places abroad didn't start heading them as expatriates (Maybe you're the one who needs to do better research). cool

AsomughaChuks05:
I don't know if Abakpa is bigger than Obiagu but they are the most populated slums in Enugu. Truth is that apart from Independence layout where the government house is and politicians live, the rest of Enugu is unplanned and full of slums. We are just covering the city as old capital of eastern region. But you still see Enugu people attacking Anambra state that is far ahead of them as if Anambra people are their problem. Ever since Anambra state built its own airport, you hardly see Anambra industrialists going to set up anything in Enugu. Currently, there are close have to ten medium scale factories being built-in different parts of Anambra state and more are in the pipeline, that may be the cause of envy by these Anambra haters.
you people should stop all these nonsense, do you have a batcher?

We warned and warned that Nigeria was at the point of death and that due to the prayers and cries of the innocent , Divinity selected and prepared a team that should pull out our nation from the clip of death and bring her to a new Nigeria.

Podatti are ordinary people but prepared and selected by divinity and given the grace to rescue Nigeria from falling off to death.
The love and acceptance was beyond the ordinary. It was something that divinity personal orchestrated.

There is a curse on the land of Nigeria which is a consequence of the desecration of the land by the tinubu in his desperate quest for power.
Brace up yourselves because it's going to get worse.
Nobody is sabotaging anything. Tinubu and his gang are the sabotagers that sabotaged the system, removed the ancient landmark set by the land and desecrated the land all in a bid to grab power.
He is on a cursed mandate. Nothing will come from it .
why didn't the same divinity make them win, or is it a eeak divinity

If indeed that Satanic fake pastor T.B Joshua's wife poisoned him then her only error was her failure to act preemptively over 20 years earlier to get rid of him BEFORE he created his evil empire.
if after all the humiliation, isolation and the way the husband allienated her, and she still have patience and stayed, the only possible explanation was that she have plans.he was eliminated and who is the beneficiary, the wife, that's why they hide the autopsy result.
