Don't mind the dividers.

If Anioma is not Igbo, then I wonder why Ikeja should be Lagos or Island counted as part of Yoruba nation. Or, is the Third Mainland bridge not longer than Niger Bridge?

Do you even know what a constitution is?

Which constitution are you referring to? Who wrote the constitution? God?

Can you post the portion of the constitution where it says that referendum should not be allowed? And if it did not say so anywhere, then what's your point?

And while you're at it, can you explain the constitutional basis for the creation of SS, NC and the Sharia Judicial/Law Enforcement systems? Plus, can you also explain the constitutional basis for the ceding of Bakassi to Cameroun?

jpphilips:

What is Kanu made of? A f00l at 40 asking Nigeria to give him unconstitutional referendum, does he sound like a normal person to you?
That's if you are normal anyways!!

Politics / Re: Secession:i Challenge Nnamdi Kanu To Debate. by paschu: 9:57pm On Aug 01, 2017
He's not even a professor. He should go and get his professorship first. Kanu made it clear that he want the debate to be between him and a GROUP of professors. Not that when he trashes Mr. Kwe now they would say it's because he's a common politician and not an intellectual. grin

DerideGull:

If this jackass called Igbokwe knows his stuff and has a tinny honesty in his empty skull, he would have stated to debate Nnamdi Kanu anywhere on earth. This dumbass donkey has already exhibited the sign of weakness on a debate that has no chance of taking place on earth. What a drunken nincompoop.

Dumbito, what does a local government chairman has to do with a federal government project?

So you really assume that the fed does not have a database and monitoring mechanism for all their projects nationwide?

Are you even aware that there are several federal agencies under the ministry of works, power and housing whose offices spread across the country?

Isn't it a huge shame that ignorant folks like you are the thought leaders for APC zombies?

Way to go Sir!

May the face of God Almighty shine on you continually.

May the universe and all the elements of nature conspire in your favor always.

May all in your lineage forever be sheltered and comforted.

May your descendants take cue from you and do even more generously than you will ever do.

And may the normal rewards for your children (and their children's children to infinite generations) be to possess the treasures they do not necessarily deserve.

I DECREE it in the Name of The Lord Jesus Christ! Amen and Amen.

You are talking nonsense. Your opinion has zero bearing on the OP neither does it reflect what's on the ground in Anambra state.

This man is neither as humble nor as smart as I thought he wa. Yet, he wonders why he has remained in mediocrity all along. What a jealous being!

Regarding his phantom emergency rule, I have the following questions for the lying ediot:

0. Where in the constitution did it say that a military administrator would by appointed to head a state in the event of election boycott?

1. How many military administrators were appointed in the NE during the emergency rule in those areas when BH held sway?

2. Who was the military administrator in the old western region when emergency rule was declared there due to their election boycott and and their resistance to the then newly rigged-in Ankintola?

3. When and how did the IPOB election boycott order translate to election prevention order?

Does this man smoke a sort of dry poo or something? Oh, I got it, his mouth has probably been duly paid for by the corrupt politicians. grin

I am 120% sure that FORCED UNITY is the root cause of tribalism in Nigeria. And it did not start today.

I was there BEFORE independence. (Check out the rhetorics of the so called founding fathers prior to independence). FORCED UNITY led the nation country to a 3-year bloody and genocidal war. FORCED UNITY is still fuelling all the shades of agitations and tribal bigotries you talk about today.

The human spirit is a free agent. You cannot have peace keeping it in a state of perpetual subjugation of any kind.

Apina:

The point is very simple, let something be done about the senseless tribalistic bigots cos this was how the idea for the Holocaust started.

Drawing lines between ourselves and others has always been an effective means of building identity, even amongst those who claim the greatest tolerance.

Reality (from my own point of view) is that uniformity is unnatural. Thus at the end of the day we are all unique in some ways. Again, while the piece beautifully captures the surface psychology of the human nature, I think the meat of this article does not address the deeper conflict we seem to have in this part of the world.

The root of our conflicts is deeply buried in our diverse and (in some cases) contradictory cultures and value system.

No, it's only such idiots whose thoughts are rotten and who spew trash like you did below who are the problems of Nigeria. And until such fools cease to exist in this space, the country will remain backward.

I also hope everyone is seeing this? Because tomorrow now some goats will start ranting about hate speech. You were not afraid to single out an entire tribe and tag them as the problem of the country. As if that was not enough, you are also forcefully inciting the public to rise up against that tribe.

But guess what, I'm so sure God will personally MULTIPLY his already escalated punishment on every igbophobic person like you.

FisifunKododada:

I hope my so called liberal Yoruba people are paying attention to this thread. I am very uncomfortable with Igbos have large communities in the SW. Because, it is only a matter of time and they will start saying - 'no mans land' 'Port Harcourt is Igbo land' 'parts of Lagos is Igbo land' etc. These people are the problem with Nigeria. The earlier we wake up and smell the coffee the better.

Logically (though I'm neither a member of IPOB nor its spokesperson) I think the so called Igweocha is not a label for "what is" or "what will be" but a mere political emphasis on "what was".

Thus, I think that's in tune with IPOB's stand for "dissemination of truth" and their drive for historic political awakening.

Of course, those are instances of reality and delusion to you, no doubt. But is it the same way from everyone's point of view? Not sure.

I actually wonder why you did not ponder one bit on the Lagos/Eko analogy which someone gave to you a while back.

Amarabae:
The reality here is Port harcourt is Portharcourt.
The delusion is Port harcourt being turned into igweocha.

No doubt, the gross docility of the Nigerian masses - coupled with their astonishing sycophancy - has aided this government into enormous rate of impunity, where they take the entire populace for granted.

They now believe that they are untouchable.

They now assume that they can do whatever they like, and nothing will happen.

Deluded wannabe mediocre propagandist!

See your rant last March below:

3:47pm On Mar 30
franchizy:
At an emergency General meeting of the Igbo Youth Forum south West chapter, held on Thursday 29th March, it was uneqnovocally approved for the immediate reversal of the suspension of Senator Ali Ndume.

It is obvious that Ndume raised his points based on his observation from many news media / outlets on the allegation against Saraki and Dino Malaye.

We observed that at no point did Ndume levelled any allegation on saraki and Malaye and we wonder why the senate committee on Ethics and previlages will recommend the suspension of Ndume.

The chairman Igbo youth forum Masi okechukwu Anayo frowned at the development and wonder what our distinguished senators have turned into.

Based on the foregoing, we hereby call on the senate to immediately reverse its earlier decision or face our wrath. We have commenced moves mobilizing our members in all the states of the federation to shut down all operations in the country should the senate fails to reverse its decision.

A word is enough for the wise.

You are content about your present. You are confident about the future of your children. Those are the only two things you are craving to protect. You don't care one bit about the collective destiny of Ndigbo neither are you bothered about the future welfare of their posterity.

Unfortunately for you and your ilks, millions of Igbos (unlike you) are not content with their present circumstances neither are they confident about their children's future.

So, you see, my friend, there is no longer a place for the status quo. And rest assured that there won't be any war because it takes two to fight. And IPOB is not ready for any arms struggle. Not in this generation, and not as long as NK is still alive.

eodavids:

My bros, are you Onye Igbo?

If you are one, good.
Perhaps you really meant what you typed up there. But you should have a rethink.

Why?

Because the security, safety, survival and general welfare of Ndigbo should should be our priority now, not playing the secession politics that is capable of endangering the general welfare of Ndigbo.

Let someone tell Nnamdi Kanu that what he is doing will not give Ndigbo Biafra. Rather, his actions will alienate Ndigbo from their entitlement as the third most populous Tribe in Nigeria.

Let not Ndigbo, who hitherto were known for wisdom and bravery become foolish because of Nnamdi Kanu.
