TravelRe: Canada Spouse Open Work Permit (sowp)timeline by Pasterlo: 3:26pm On Dec 13, 2021
Hello gurus, I am applying for my study permit using the new IRCC portal. I have indicated that I will be travelling with my spouse and son. I am confused as to whether I need to apply for the spousal open work permit separately using the old platform, or is one form enough? since I have indicated that we are travelling as a family. If anyone has applied together with family members; kindly let me know the process. Please, seniors, I urgently need your advice. Thanks

Good day seniors, please I need your advice on the program of study in Canada. I have a BSc. and MSc. In chemistry. I have been teaching chemistry for about 6 years after graduating MSc. I wish to study in Canada, but unfortunately, my grades are not good enough for a Ph.D. I'm considering a program in chemical laboratory technology. The problem is that this program is not offered as pgd but as a diploma. Do you think this is a good option? I intend to explain in my statement of
explanation that I have chosen this because it will equip me with the hands-on experiments needed to be a better science teacher as well as help me explore the practical aspect of chemistry and science in general as it comprises of some course that I have not studied such as microbiology, biochemistry. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated regarding my chance of getting the visa. Ps: teaching experience is abroad. Many thanks
Please, help me

Why Bsc? Anyways for MSC it is pre-registration so you don't need science background. All you need to show is evidence of care/health experience, some schs will request for 720/750hrs/800hrs
UEA feb
Keele university April
Bournemouth sept
University of Dundee sept
Teeside Jan
Northumbria Jan
Huddersfield Jan

Thanks for your swift response. I didn't know I could directly do an MSc. I will be looking into these schools. Many thanks

Hello everyone,
Could anyone suggest to me a school in the UK that I can study mental health nursing without a background in science? I have MSc in business Administration. I'm considering a second BSc. degree. The problem is that biology and Agricultural Science are the only science courses I wrote at OLevel. Is it possible to study for MHN without physics and chemistry? I also have no prior working experience in MHN. Any advice or suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks

Good day everyone. Please, I need your advice.
My brother got married (sham) in 2018 to a British national and applied to visit her in February 2019 because he was schooling in another country at the time. He was refused on the ground that he could not explain the inflow of cash in his account and his wife also doesn't have sufficient funds. He was asked not to appeal but can reapply when his circumstances change. Now he has a good job and would want to reapply next year with his real wife ( married in 2016) and they have a 2 years old child together. His wife (real) being the real applicant for the student visa. They want to apply as a family. They intend to get a divorce for the sham marriage and remarry the (real) wife. Are there chances that the visa will be granted?. What should they do? Any suggestions or advice will be highly appreciated. Thank you
