Someone served my colleague a court summon today. The man went home only to see the purported summon inserted in his door handle. Lawyers in the house, is it wise, should it be treated as received?

is better for him/her 2go over 2d court or place they summon him/her because the man that post it on his door have taking d picture with his /her phone

Due to some challenges, I and my wife are staying in one room self con and her 30 year old sister has been staying with us for some months now, my wife is older than her by three years.

Making love has been challenging since then even though the sister puts bed on the floor and sleep,most time when we assume she is asleep and engage in the act, i will later observe that she is not sleeping. Though she will maintain as if she is sleeping and this is constituting an uneasy environment.

In fact most time she knows when we are doing it. We are very uncomfortable over the act and she is not moving out from the house soonest. Though she is an adult that such may not sound strange to her, but indirectly seeing or hearing the sound on when i am performing duty on her elder sister makes us feel uncomfortable especially when we see one another in the morning after the act.

Let me ask you; assuming she is just a friend, with no strings attached, would you get her a phone? If yes, then you can get her one. May I also advise that you buy her the phone after asking her out, reason being that getting her the phone before might make it look as if you are bribing your way into her heart. She on the other hand, may agree to your proposal out of pity and maybe fear of you collecting the phone if her response is negative.
