It's been announced over 4 months ago that we are not opening worldwide until at least next year.

The question is, ever since the church was shut down, was there total darkness or has God stop blessing the living creature, has the water on Earth run dry, has the air we breath to live stop blowing? Guy we don't need any religion on Earth. God never made a mistake for not creating one. If God had wanted it so he would have gave Adam and Eve Bible or Koran. It was never mentioned in any of the religious book I have read that after God created this world and make man Dominion over everything he gave them a religion book to use in worshiping him. I don't know why most people don't question things but rather they just concede whatever is brought to them cos they have been subjugated by those who want to control their mind and thinking.

God is not in the four walls of the building we call church. Infact this lockdown has made me closer to God and with better understanding of the words of God through the online programmes

Some big churches in Nigeria that have their headquarters in Lagos South West of the country announced they would not resume church services slated for 9 August after the lift of coronavirus lockdown order on worship centres by Federal Government and the governments of Lagos and Ogun states.

Nigeria government has suspend religious gatherings in the country since March to curb the spread of the pandemic.

The Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 has allowed the reopening of churches and mosques in the country since June but the Lagos State government did not allow worship centres in the state to reopen following the increase in coronavirus cases.

However, the Lagos State Government on August 7, approved religious gathering in the state.

But some churches in the state has come out to say they're not ready yet to reopen.

These churches have different reasons for their decisions. Some gave reasons to be preparation of the place for reopening that would meet the safety protocols of the federal government, others said they're wait to hear from God before they reopen.

Here's the full list of churches that are not ready for reopening of services this Sunday, 7 August 2020;

You talk about people not questioning things, and I ask you 'what is religion to begin with, Mr. Professor who know what others don't know?' Who is God and does your fellowship with him take you to live a lonely life or does it lead you to go out and witness to him with others? You talked about no Bible but yet you come to know that God created Adam and Eve, where would you have read that from if I may ask? Did God give Israelites the book of law (Torah) through Moses or not? The world is too full of confused people like you who wake up and stir up silly arguments on issues they lack understanding of. I think MFM has stated they will open 13th September.

Its like people are just talking about opening of churches, most of them need to prepare to follow the laid down procedures the govt has laid down.

That's true. Life is sacred to God. So our motive is protecting lives. It will still be a while before we open and start preaching from house to house like you know us to do.

Meanwhile, we talk to our friends online. We still help them find answers to big questions from the Bible.
