He bagged his doctorate degree in 1995.

Now between 1985 - 1995, no academic journal has a record of his research. The next citation to his name was in 2003! Nothing can be found online from 1985 - 1995. At least we have a reference to his Masters thesis article as given by the link and PDF file attached to the weblink.

Where is his doctoral thesis work? Why can't we find it online?

Referrals to any academic journal that has this man's research work will suffice.
