Overview We’re launching a new online platform for businesses in March and are seeking to recruit Independent Business Development Managers. The website is currently under construction. The role of the Business Development Manager is to recruit a team of staff and manage them to market the platform. The aim is to get as many sign ups to our website from small to medium sized business people. The cost of sign up for the customer is just N1400 per month on an ongoing basis. We require several Business Development Managers in Lagos. Job Role - Applicants must be based in Lagos only - Responsible for the planning, direction, organisation and control of their own sales agents across a single state to meet agreed targets - Responsible for establishing and maintaining a reporting system and communication to central management - Identifying and resolving client concerns - Collecting customer feedback and market research Skills Required - Prior Experience of Management in a Sales Capacity - Proven Track Record of achieving sales targets - excellent sales and negotiation skills. - good business sense - the ability to motivate and lead a team - coaching and mentoring skills - initiative and enthusiasm. - excellent communication and 'people skills' - good planning and organisational skills. - the ability to work calmly under pressure Potential Earnings The commission per customer sign up in N1500 of which you will receive N600. Based on you having 20 staff getting just 4 sales a day we expect you to earn approx N1.2 million each month in upfront commissions.
