Good morning everybody, i just want to say something about the negativity that exists in our society in the form of bad talking habits.

I was driving the other day and there bad traffic ahead and i saw an opportunity to do a U turn. There was a blind spot caused by the huge car in front of me, so i tried to be as careful as possible. There was a bike man coming from the other side of traffic. I dint hit him cos i was very careful in my U turn negotiation. But he stopped in front of me and called me a mad man. i chased him and made him stop just to apologize. He said he was sorry. I told him to be careful what he says to people and he understood and was very remorseful.

We Lagosians particularly - maybe because of the challenges of traffic and congestion e.t.c - are very quick to verbally abuse. We as Christians should know that we are gods as we are created in the image and likeness of God our Father. He created with words and destroyed with words. We have that ability whether as born again Christian or unsaved, we can create and destroy with our words.

We give the excuse "i said all i said cos i was angry, i did not mean it at all, if he/she had not offended me i wont have said that" and go on and on. What of when you a re happy, in a good mood, not upset, you can use that opportunity to bless people with your words, for example,"God bless you", "You are moving forward", "You will prosper", "Success is your portion", "God will enlarge your coast" and so on.


You dont need long prayers if you can afford to do that but a few words of blessing will most definitely do it.

God bless Nigeria. We are stepping into our rest in this country. The hand of God will protect and keep our lives and properties. Amen.
