He tried to get very tight to Garnacho like he did to Saka for the most part of their game against Arsenal but Garnacho was up for it, dropping to our half to pick up the ball and run at him everytime. For a fullback, wingers like Garnacho and Martinelli are tough to deal with.

IMHO Garnacho should not be an option that will start every game, especially in this kind of team. He lost several goals today and made many wrong decisions. If we didn't score that second goal, he'd have gotten so many backlash.

But he's out best option at LW at the moment. He makes better decisions than Rashford and even assisted the second goal.

If only we had another strong competitor for Rashford at that position...

Ideally he should not be starting or at best, his game time should be managed but Rashford has been so bad that whatever we get from Garnacho now is much much better than what Rashfordd has served us...

I actually thought ET Uh will get our players playing as a unit, pressing as a unit and high up the pitch but it has not been the case. Worst off is the fact that he has spent some good money on player acquisitions yet he still largely depends on players who have failed in time past.

As eph said, the blames goes to ETH because he at least has the power to effect changes but is not utilizing it.

McTom, Luke Shaw and Rashford.

I rather Shaw plays his natural position with Lindelof starting at CB. Amrabat over McTom and Antony over Rashford. Antony had a very good game against Galatasaray so, I'd have preferred if he retained his place in the starting 11.
