I was not referring to him per se, I was only implying that his post might present an escape route for the likes of Christo who make it seem like once we get the right structure and people in place ETH's team will start dominating the league to an extent.

Who does not believe result matters? At the end of the day the result is important, but it is not every time that you get instant results. There is usually a process to it, the difficulty is predicting if an ongoing process will lead to the desired results.

That's why I said in 3-4 transfer windows the team should take shape especially when you consider the names that are being mentioned but if things don't improve then we have all agree that ETH has to go...

I won't lie, your Cross River people should be a model to other states on tribal equality and fairness.
