When Amad played with the Under-23 he did not look better than Elanga although it is a small sample size.

Out of the teenagers at the club I would rate Greenwood, Mejbri, Elanga, Amad, Shoretire in that order.
Of course with the caveat being that we have not really seen enough of Amad to give a fair judgement AND Shoretire has regularly played 4-5yrs ahead of his age group so it is very difficult to judge just how good he is.

Elanga is my favorite academy player but Amad comes with a somewhat hefty price tag that means he'll likely get more minutes than others.

Hopefully he gets some minutes but that's a big ask considering Amad isn't even getting enough minutes...

What I think, United should get rid of Martial and get a pure striker that knows the art. Keep Mason around and let him develop more.

Martial's place in the team is no longer indispensable.

And when Rashford is out injured we begin to say we don't have depth, pointing at City and saying our board have not done enough...

Mahrez didn't hit the ground running in his first season but City didn't offload him, they kept him for squad depth and today we look at City and their squad depth and marvel...

Sterling has not had the best of season but no one is saying he should be sold because Foden is doing well...
