I think we have to let objectivity thrive on these board, Young has being very good at LB, why not play him there and introduce Rashford to replace Darmian at least for the last 15 mins, taking off Martial was a wrong move. The little time we had a go at Poll, they cracked up and to be honest, we should have been more adventurous going forward, we didn't play against the best Liverpool side ffs!!!

I agree with all you've said about Martial. He connects better with Lukaku and for the past few games seems more dangerous than dangerous than Rashford on the wings.

However, Mourinho is Mourinho. Only he has the power to select the team. He'll approach the game cautiously, opting to defend first and then if need be, attack later in the second half.

Like Dhover suggested, he might even start Lingard ahead of Mata on the RW.

Abeg let him not try it oh! I rather we play a man down...lol

Mourinho will likely pick Rashford over Martial to start because the former will chase and mark more than the later.

He's going to approach the game with caution, and cater more to defense than attack.

We've seen this happen in the past.

Martial should start abeg, he offers more and seems to have a good understanding with Lukaku, Rashford for all his defensive awareness can't guarantee the same effect Martial gives us in attack...

Even if Fellaini is fit, I would rather pray JM plays Herrera instead of him. Liverpool play with Pace, hence playing Fellaini and Matic Pivot is definitely a Disaster in waiting.

Also, I would have hoped JM matches Pace with Pace by playing the quartet of Lukaku, Martial, Mkhitaryan and Rashford upfront, but I think we should rather control the Tempo of the Game by playing Mata instead of Rashford or Martial.

Rashford will most definitely start from the bench along with Miki considering their engagement with their respective national teams...

Belgium National Team Medics have confirmed that Fellaini suffers MCL Injury and will be out for 2 Weeks.

Herrera gonna have to prove himself more, and possibly gonna be backed up by McTominay cos Carrick is also not fit yet.

Herrera has been excellent when called upon this season bar the Madrid game where the team generally had a stinker, with him in the team, we've had better control of games and our pressing game has always been better...I just hope Lukaku is fit?

Kachikwu only noted that the award of contracts amounting to about 26b wasn't consistent with regards to existing processes, all the president needs do is find out if duly process was followed in line with laid down procedures and if not, revoke the contracts and fire those involved...

I don't know if CSKA Moscow wasn't good enough or if we were just exceptional but one thing you must admit is that our midfield play improved a lot with Herrera on the pitch rather than Fellaini, please don't get me wrong Fellaini's qualities are needed in the team but only in certain games or stages of games. Martial was on fire tonight and Rashford needs to sort himself out and fast, dude is already thinking he is made, he shouldn't be wasting our free kicks abeg.

Great week of football for English teams, I expect all the English teams to progress, Tottenham have to take a point or 3 from their double header with Madrid and Liverpool has to beat Maribor H & A and probably do the same against Spartak Moscow at Anfield...Chelsea, Man Utd and City are definitely through, I am very impressed with Chelsea and my club, Man Utd, hopefully City will improve after their drab showing against Shakhter...
