Honestly, PSG can't offer more than United or City and whatever anyone offers won't dwarf whatever he currently earns at Barcelona a great deal...

To be honest, it baffles me that Neymar's advisers are angling for a move away from Barcelona in a bid to help him gain recognition (Balon d'or) when in earnest most of the play in Barcelona goes through him, in fact, Messi has had to give up on how much he sees the ball in order to accommodate Neymar's but due to his inadequacies, Messi still manages to trump him season after season...
For all his talents, if Neymar must break the Messi/Ronaldo duopoly he will need to ease off on the unnecessary show boating and hanging on to the ball for too long just as Messi and Ronaldo did in time past, he has all he needs to break the seemingly impossible stranglehold the duo has got on football's prized asset but it all depends on him.
Let's assume Messi is stopping his shine, is it PSG that provides the best platform for him to dominate? I think not, if he goes there, his achievements will be belittled those who think the French league is several levels below the top European leagues. If he must leave, then he should angle for a move to Manchester United or City, United preferably not because it's the club I support but cos with a good season at United he will definitely be touted as a potential balon d'or winner, the size of the club, the influence the club has on the media etc should count here.

One glaring change in our play is the speed at which we attack and that I think is down to the replacement of Ibra with Lukaku and Mkhitaryan playing through the middle, all we need now is for Martial to take that LWF spot and we'll be just fine...
We might have to settle for Herrera protecting the defence supported by Carrick through the course of the season...I have said it and I repeat, worse case scenario, I'd be comfortable with a midfield of Pereira - Herrera - Pogba ably supported by Carrick, Afroman and Tuanzebe if need be... However if the market is fair, then I wouldn't mind an extra body in our central midfield...

Pep is using Pre season to test youngsters like Phil Foden, Adarabioyo, Patrick Roberts, Brahim Diaz, Zinchenko while some coaches go dey do strong head for ordinary pre season

like 3 seasons ago Na so Van Gaal dey beat everyone for pre season even beat Madrid 3-1. We all know how he turned out when real matches started

You shouldn't dismiss our chances of getting AS, it's very possible with a year left on his contract, he can make good money here and we can easily pay Arsenal 50-60m for his services...I don't see. you lots complaining when Barcelona and Real Madrid hoard all the talent until they're able to see first hand the best of the lot

I say we add Pereira to the squad as well as one new DM. The consistent acceptable ones last season were Pogba and Herrera. We need at least 3. We have Fellaini as well but he isn't suitable for all the games.

I am taking all things into consideration assuming we fail to land our targets

We need a very good DM to start and play EPL and UCL games. Pereira can start in FA and Carling cup games. He can also come on as a sub in other matches. He's got it. It'll be good to see Mou groom him into a much better player.

Of course I'm all for a seasoned DM but if we can't get one then I'd rather have Carrick- Herrera and Pogba for the big games or have Herrera slot in at Carrick's position with Pereira coming in or have Tuanzebe as my DM...
Fellaini should be used as a support striker when we desperately need a goal

Watching highlights from our match, I was impressed with Martial, the fact he opted to shoot rather than pass is good omen for me, we need a confident martial going into the new season also, Pereira left an impression with his passing and constant movement, I'd love to see what a midfield will look with him partnering Herrera and Pogba

Now the player of the U21 Euro tournament, Ceballos, has been snapped up for 15.8m Euros. Not pounds o. After one good season he'll be valued by Madrid at £70m and United will be wasting money when we could have spend money with sense and gotten this cheap but quality targets.

Matuidi about a month ago publicly showed his contempt at PSG board and said he'll leave. This dude would've left for Juventus last season but for last minute impasse in discussions. This guy has just one more season before his contract expires, if Mourinho reaches out to him through Agent Pogba and promise him an increased wage, he'll table a transfer request via his agent and PSG will cash in instead of losing him for nothing after next season.

A fee of about £15-20m will get him. Add £35m for Fabinho and that's around £50-55m, the amount we'd have wasted on just one DM - Eric Dier. This way, we use one stone to kill two birds - getting 2 DMs with one of them being also good at RB for a price of one overhyped English player. This is common sense.

The Madrid approach is akin to our model in the Fergie Era but as things stand now, we are short of quality and leadership all over the pitch thus it'd be suicidal for us to try such, in the near future, I'd expect us to back to our roots.

I can't even imagine why we would go for a Tottenham player already knowing how Levy thinks Tottenham is Madrid 2.0. Imagine Dier that only passes short short passes and one or 2 set pieces is valued at £50mil. If they are looking for English players, they should look elsewhere.
