- BAMIRO O. ISAIAH Bamiro Opeyemi Isaiah was a dullard in Primary 4, but today he’s a First class graduate of Accounting from OAU and he’s a Professional Event Manager. Interview conducted and compiled by Oladapo Siyanbola for CDT In this interview with Corpers’ Diary Team (CDT), he shares his life experience, how he was able to graduate with First class, become a pro event manager, talks about national and relationship issues. Excerpts… This interview is a bit lengthy but an interesting one, I can ASSURE you that you won’t be bored. Read, enjoy and share!!! CDT- Could you please tell us a little about yourself? ISAIAH- My name is Bamiro Opeyemi Isaiah, a native of Ijebu north east, Ogun state. I’m the last child of a family of 7 (5 boys, 2 girls). I’m an Accountant by Profession with a special interest in Finance, and I’m an Event Expert by passion. CDT- A bit of your Educational background ISAIAH- I had my Primary School Education at Orisigun Primary School, Ketu, Lagos state, and then my Secondary school was at Ijebu-Ode Grammar School (JOGS), Ijebu Ode in Ogun state and I studied Accounting at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. I’m a Graduate Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and by God’s grace, I will soon become a Chartered Accountant. CDT- How was growing up like for you? ISAIAH- Well, growing up was really tough, especially those primary school days. My primary education was really poor. Imagine when a primary 4 student cannot read and write! I’m sure you understand what I mean. CDT- Let's talk about your OAU journey. You graduated with a first class from OAU and surely it wasn’t an easy one. You even said as at when you were in Primary 4, you couldn't read and write, so how were you able to switch from the little boy who couldn't read and write in Primary 4 to a First class graduate of OAU? ISAIAH- Well, I went back to God, the creator of both the foundation and the building. He changed my story for better. The OAU journey wasn't a smooth one though, everything was different in OAU, and almost everyone in my class was a brilliant student. I wasn't trying to be like anyone I just wanted to be my best. I set targets for myself and I strived to meet them with the help of God. Well, I never had the intention of graduating with a first class in OAU; as a matter of fact, my first result in OAU was a “C”. But you see me as I am ehn, I like prize, just attach a prize to a goal and then I will do all I can to achieve it. The quality of the prize does not really matter to me; it’s the achievement of the goal that gives me fulfillment. CDT: So which prize was attached that changed the whole story ISAIAH- In GSF OAU (academic subgroup) then, exceptional students were always celebrated at beginning of every semester for good performance in the previous semester, so I just wanted to be part of those that will be called out as well. I had the first class vision when I was in part 2 and what actually inspired that vision was my Church convention (GOFAMINT) that I attended that year. Some set of graduates were celebrated at that year’s convention for graduating with a first class. GOFAMINT church gave them laptop and money. Apart from what the church gave them, lots of people also gave them personal cheques. I was inspired that day and I told myself that I will do whatever I can to also graduate with a first class. CDT- So let's switch gears from your education now. You studied Accounting in the University, but you are now a Pro Event Manager, How did Event Management come into the picture? ISAIAH- Laughs… Well it all started back then in University, I was not totally a bookish, I also did some extracurricular activities. I was in decoration subgroup in my fellowship and as time went by, I started developing passion for decoration. My passion got me searching for more practical knowledge because I knew there was more to what we were doing in the fellowship. I then applied for an internship at a popular event company (K&I Trendy) in Ile-Ife. I got the internship slot, so I started managing the internship with my academics. https://lifeafternysc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Bamiroh-Isaiah.jpeg CDT- So how was it like combining school activities (that you even still graduated with a first class) with the decoration activities in church and the internship? Knowing that there would have been clashes between these activities. ISAIAH- It was not easy but I simply set my priorities right. My academics was first, I didn’t miss my classes for anything oo, church decoration was always on Saturday evenings, my internship took my Friday evenings and Saturday mornings (not every weekend though) CDT- How many months/years was your internship period? ISAIAH- I used about 1 and half year in Ile-Ife. CDT- What year did you start Event Management as a pro? ISAIAH- I started as a professional in 2015, that was after my basic and advanced class in event planning and decoration at Fruitful Bridals in Lagos state CDT- Going back to the genesis, what was the major drive that led you into decoration? What made you join decoration subgroup of the fellowship? ISAIAH- Joining the decoration subgroup was accidental; I never liked anything about the subgroup sef. Like most people say decoration na ladies stuff na. So after my foundation school, I was posted to the decoration subgroup, for general service for few weeks. It’s after this general service that I was at liberty to join the subgroup of my choice (which was academic subgroup). After the general service, the members of the decoration subgroup pleaded with me to wait for few more weeks as there was nobody to help with the climbing of the ladder, I waited ooo and it was in the cause of waiting that I eventually fell in love with the subgroup. CDT- Uunnnn..... So climbing of ladder was the starting point and that was where the passion developed from? ISAIAH- Abi ooo (laughs) CDT- Which event was your first job that you did as an Event decorator? ISAIAH: That was my class dinner party (2015 OAU Accounting graduates- “Los Vencedores”). I really appreciate my classmates (Los Vencedores) a lot, the feedback I got from that job gave me the courage to start my own company and also the first wedding decoration I got came from Los Vencedores. I thank my classmates for believing in me. CDT- Which event has been the best for you so far? ISAIAH- KM'17 (wedding). It’s the biggest I have done, and the result was massive. It’s the biggest because of the amount of money involved and that was the first time I handled that kind of money for a project. CDT: On the contrary, which event would you say is the 'awkward one'? Probably the one that didn't turn out well as you thought or you didn't get any positive feedback ISAIAH- Can't really think of any. In short what has kept me going are comments from my client and I believe I can do more CDT- But there must have been an event that you would feel things didn't really go well as you planned ISAIAH- OK. That would be Joy & Ade'17, we didn't get to use all the props we brought because of time. Even when the client appreciated me for the good job done, I felt somehow, because it would have been better if not for some issues with light. https://lifeafternysc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Bamiroh-Isaiah3.jpeg CDT: What was the reaction from your family when you decided to start an Event Management company, even though you studied accounting? You know African parents can be like 'How does accounting relate to decorations" ISAIAH -As expected, dad didn't support the idea at first, but I assured him not to worry. It’s a matter of time I’d bring out the best in me and to God be the glory; I’m now a first-class event manager in the making. By Hon. Bamidele Faparusi A member of the seventh House of Representatives, Hon. Bamidele Faparusi has said every member of the All Progressives Congress(APC) and the good people of the state will foil an attempt by Governor Ayodele Fayose to foist unwilling governor on them in 2018. The governorship aspirant said Ekiti people will use every constitutional means to liberate the state from slavery, saying: “Governor Fayose’s plan to bring in his deputy, Prof Kolapo Olusola, a person that is not prepared for governance is another slavery Ekiti will never tolerate”. Faparusi said Fayose had earlier succeeded in enslaving the people through his ‘tokenism’ branded stomach infrastructure to impoverish the populace and make them indolent, adding that the new plot will further added to the pains in the land if allowed to materialise . Speaking in Ado Ekiti on Friday, Faparusi said the people of the state can’t afford to experience an extension of another four years of Fayose’s reign in the State, describing his anointed candidate, Prof Olusola as a stooge that will continue with the governor’s politics of beggary. Faparusi hinted that Ekiti people are proud, self-esteemed and independent-minded people, who believe in the dignity of personalities, no matter how poor. The governorship aspirant accused Fayose of deliberately eroding these virtues so that he can continue to have his ways in the politics of the State. “Governor Fayose deliberately impoverished our people through the stomach infrastructure where you get a congo of rice and N200 twice a year. “He brainwashed our people to believe that this remains the best dividend of democracy any state chief executive can offer. “Having had his ways, he deliberately made it a matter of policy not to provide employment for our youths, embark on concrete agriculture programmes, he alienated the women from empowerment with the exception of few PDP members, who benefit from stomach infrastructure. “Today, if you move on the streets of Ado Ekiti, you see graduates clustering around without jobs to do. Naturally, Ekiti people are hardworking, but Governor Fayose has made them lazy by not engaging them usefully. “But the 2018 governorship election will end his reign in Ekiti. Whoever that will become the governor will emerge through the collective mandate of the electorate and not by somebody trying to impose to cover his devilish and dirty tracks”, Faparusi stated. Faparusi urged the APC aspirants, numbering 40 to put their house in order and support whoever the party picks to fly the flag. “Though, as much as I support that the party must be united to be able to win, the party must make us happy by doing what is just, which is to conduct a free, fair and credible primary in a manner that respects the principle of zoning for equity and Fairplay”, he said. My beloved Nigeria. Who is the minister of Education by the way? *Looks up Google* . . . What were his past achievements in the educational sector? Zero to None Why was he appointed? It’s stated clearly, he’s a political ally to the president. So was he rewarded with the portfolio? YES.. Talk about spoils of war. Back to the matter. Graduates are being served out in millions every year across various institutions all over the country. For number’s sake, let’s go a bit further. 1,835,700 graduates from 235 tertiary institutions every year. Now that’s mind-boggling. But we don’t find strength in numbers here. We are talking about quality. A lot of graduates don’t have the necessary skills to be employed. We have people screaming that there aren’t good jobs in Nigeria, but there are lots of them. Nigerian graduates aren’t equipped with the necessary skills to land these jobs. Let us rewind to when we were schooling. I’m going to use myself as a case study. I studied statistics in a top federal university in the country. 4 good years of my life. I think it was partially wasted in the technical area. The syllabus was crazy. We crammed, programmed, calculated every damn thing. Here comes the thrilling part. We didn’t conduct a field study for once. We never got the chance to apply what we were taught. The only programming course we did was obsolete (I remember the lecturer dictating codes with his mouth). This resulted in errors most times we needed to execute. we had a computer lab which was made for ghosts. The rot in our educational systems is deep. Some lecturers use notes and handouts they created since 1993. Research is dead Consider final year projects. Students are forced to come up with topics that’ll please their supervisors. After wasting effort and resources your projects get dumped in the trash years later. Check out other foreign institutions, their students’ projects are groundbreaking achievements. Do the maths, 2 million graduates yearly = 2 million useless projects It was high time we’d reviewed our syllabus. We are being taught irrelevant things. The problem is “Conformity”. We are forcing fishes to climb trees. America we envy has people criticizing their system of education. (Watch this video). If America’s educational institutions can be criticized, how about ours. We waste so much time schooling but get little education. That counts for the reason why we have so many unemployed graduates. the first class that can’t even handle any practical applications. But here is the crazy part. We have so many third class and pass (average) students who travel abroad for their second degree and eventually get to succeed in their chosen field of study. Haven’t we taken our time to analyze the Problem? This is a deep mess we’ve gotten ourselves in. We need to declare a state of emergency in our educational sector. We need help. But probably I might be paranoid. Nigerians might have other pressing issues. Education is the bedrock of every civilization, industrialization, and revolution. We want to deal with unemployment, tribalism, terrorism, and poverty… Then let’s tackle education. A country is not destroyed by missiles or WMDs It can be easily destroyed by lowering the standard of education. We end up producing Half Baked graduates People die at the hands of unqualified doctors Justice will die at the courts Engineers will fail with the machines Learning will be murdered by teachers. Let us Fix the rot in our Educational system, then can True change begin and Spread. – From a Concerned Graduate and Citizen Source: http://lifeafternysc.com/educational-system-killing-graduates/ Cc: lalasticlala cc: Fynestboi , Richiez , olawalebabs

I started my dive into the retail of MTN DATA and AIRTIME serving as an assistant to my NYSC roommate, Tobi, my job was to rill in customers with my very excellent sales experience and pitch. This was Nigeria in 2014, where it was near impossible to get a NIGERIAN FELLOW to pay to a private individual online in hopes that the other individual, (another Nigerian) keeps to his end of the deal to send DATA & bulk airtime to the buyer who always pays upfront. It was an uphill task - a task I executed with so much Wit. My first line of action was to tell the world about our very awesome service of providing MORE DATA & AIRTIME for less MONEY, thus we (Akindunjoye Oluwatobiloba Mayowa and I) paced an advert on www., this was approved as soon as the CEO, Makinde made his first purchase after several back and forth about its authenticity. As soon as that was out of the way, our ad went live in November of 2014, and in the first 24 hours, we had had over 400 interests, a little over 60 were converted into paid clients, in this time, I was Corp member, 'doing my time' in an ICT company, INFO STRATEGY TECHNOLOGY, Garki 2 Abuja, and may I just say that it was a hassle doing an 8am to 6pm job and an almost 24 hours online marketing and sales gig on the side. At the end of day one, Tobi went through our sales sheets (WhatsApp and sms ) to get the exact number of sales while I was out with my what's app conversations studying the pattern from paid clients, the runaways, the interested that feared loose of money, the ever doubtful...and oh, the crusaders - these folks just called to give us the piece of their mind on why THE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES sold a gig for 1500 at the time and we were able to sell for 1000 , a simple google search would had sufficed. Nigerians can be self-righteous Sha. Well, I had a job a to do and I was committed to getting it done, I was gonna develop a sales pitch template of the anticipated questions and have already typed responses on Evernote, ready to deliver before prospects even finish typing. x 4 Sales at the end of day 1 Revenue stood at 56,400 naira with a profit of 9,400 naira, and a net profit of 7600 considering feeding, logistics, time and data used. Day 2 of the advert. The number of interest dropped at 11am as compared to the 11am of day 1. - My response, I contacted all those who had bought the previous day to PLEASE go back to the advert page and leave us a review , I thought that was a noble request to ask and after saving them money per gb, they would be obligated to do this for a fellow citizen, , I was a Joker, of the 58 clients contacted only 3 left a review, one of the 3 even complained of DELAYED RESPONSE, how dare he!!! Well, it was a learning moment, I made a screenshot of our 2 and a half review and made it a DISPLAY Picture as well as send ad responses to folks who asked if we've had been doing this. At least we found a way to make it work. Sales picked up again, at the end of day two, our revenue was at 72,000 naira with a profit of 12,000 naira, and net profit of 9,000 considering feeding, logistics, time and data used as always. Day 3 and 4 were an upward scale, I could barely focus on serving the NYSC at this time, but I was sure serving the FATHERLAND by serving the people, the masses. who we were serving so much and who were serving us in return as soon as we figured out how to apply ourselves. Valuable life lesson: If the government won't take care of us, we've got to look out for each other. By Friday, I was already an excellent amateur sales expert, this in itself was its own REWARD. Let me expressly state here that Sales is part of every human, we sell everyday, we sell when we recommend a movie to friends, we sell a lifestyle when we post pictures of our fun times, outings, and an achievement. Today I got new shoes from BATAZ WORLD and I've recommended it to my network of friends and my very esteem colleagues and they have gone on to make purchases. You just have to recognize that and apply it with a little more FOCUS. BACK TO HOW I PAID FOR A MASTERS DEGREE SELLING DATA. HERE ARE THE FACTS: Our advert ran for 1 week and it cost us 30,000 naira at the time which in turn gave us a total sale of 307200 naira in revenue, 51,200 naira in profit, and 37,200 in net profit of 256 purchases of 4000 impressions and near 2000 actual contacts. PS: This wasn't oil or the money doubling thing, this was a business ship we were hoping to sail for a long long time and hey this is 4 years later. Now, repeat this economics for a few months. Pointers: Asides our direct sales from our 1-week long advert, we now had a client base of 300 returning clients, plus a database of 4000 Middle-class Nigerians looking to get MORE data for less MONEY, a database we have utilized till date. Even as it didn't look like an instant profit, we had set a motion for a course for a 1year return on investment. In a capitalism, all you need is a 10% of a particular sector to patronize you and you would be OK. You would not all go on to become Bill Gates, Steve Jobs or Dangote, thus, it's ok to find your niche and explore your options and work towards your big break. 5 months into my service year, and I had saved up exactly 168,277 to initiate my goal to pursue a Professional Masters degree in advance security management/studies. My academic savings came from a combination of my NYSC stipends otherwise known as the very famous ALLAWEE which was 19,800 at the time and my DATA sales profit, and at the time I lived on my very generous monthly salary from my employer Mr. Tomi Araromi, MD Info strategy technology, Abuja with great support my #supportsystem. (it's a different cool story how God sets these in play) x10 As soon as an admission window came open, I consulted with my academic advisor Engr Joseph Ukpata who helped in my decision making and with my now academic savings I was able to apply to a desired course in the University of Ibadan post-graduate school, bought the forms, traveled to the University of Ibadan for the entrance examination and was back to my Primary place of assignment( PPA) all within 65 hours. NOTE: A mentor / Advisor isn't one who you ask for money, get a support system for that. My patron who inspired this thought was notified few hours to my CONVOCATION. It's a mistake to chase your mentors away by asking them for financial bailout. They would usually come through when the time is right. *** With my set goals, I was on the lookout for a suitable professional course in security to go for. By the time results were out, I was prepared for the ACCEPTANCE FEE tag which I paid from the same growing savings as MY DATA AND AIRTIME venture was getting better. Here on, I received an admission letter into THE FORENSIC SCIENCE PROFESSIONAL MASTERS PROGRAM It was a rebirth. I again traveled to the University of Ibadan to get my clearance out of the way and returned to base to gear up the rest of the fees. It was at this point that I called my #supportsystem to share my crossroad status. Life lesson: It's easier to support a man in motion than you would a seating/sleeping man. You cannot rescue a man who wouldn't participate in his own rescue. Illustrations: In 2008 when I was gonna get myself a cell phone, I had to work with a mentor, Ogar Owoche for 4 whole months to save 7k, talked to my dad and shared my desire to buy a better phone and he was immediately in a bid to encourage my TAKING THE 1ST STEP. *It's the singular reason why a start-up in existence would be founded more easily than an IDEA STARTUP. I called my support system after I’d taken care of the hassle of POSSIBILITIES, only then were they be comfortable to set sail with me. My academic session kicked off in the first quarter of 2015 as I served the rest of my time in IST and looked forward to a second shot at the acclaimed FOUR WALLS. I found a course in the University of Ibadan prospectus, FORENSIC SCIENCE - a Professional Masters and I remembered how I’ve always wanted to be an AGENT - Kikiki and on my FECA executive interview in my 1st year in the university, I was asked what I hoped to become in the future and I responded that I wanted to be an intelligence officer for the FBI and I knew there’s was no such thing as the FBI in Nigeria. Well — Exercise Belief in total FAITH AND HOPE. As soon as you set your heart and eyes to focus on the things that you want, it will be easier to spot them when you see them. 5 months into my service year, and I had saved up exactly 168,277 to initiate my goal to pursue a Professional Masters degree in advance security management/studies. *** Detailed story in blog post Source: http://lifeafternysc.com/streets-paid-masters-degree-%e2%80%8a-dough-onah/

During our University days, we've acquired the Love of our Life at one point. He/She must be someone you planned to settle with after school. Oh, the Joy, the Romance and the Memories. That level of relationship is always something serious. But then NYSC Happened. The Camping is the crux of the whole matter. 21 days of meeting new people, having fun, a different environment and schedule. There is this air of freedom and sense of adventure. You begin to form alliances, acquaintances, and friendships to survive. These networks will help you survive the 21 "horrible" days. Disaster will always be lurking around the corner. You just like this guy/girl so much, and you can’t get them out of your mind because you get to see them every day for the next 21 days. You see them at the parade grounds, hostels, kitchen, seminar halls and variety classes. The attraction becomes something of a greater magnitude You finally decide to take action and you know, this cliché “Whatever happens in Moscow, stays in Moscow”. there’s always something about connecting in such circumstances. The Intimidation in our service camps is so high. Takes a lot of strength and willpower to resist such temptations. You will want to fight the urge to try someone new. The Vegas of your dreams. My Camp was interesting, Corpers went as far as organizing a party tagged "Night of Fornication". They printed flyers and shared around. {The camp director heard about it and gave us a hot moralizing sermon on the campgrounds the following morning. Youthful Exuberance!! She chided, even though a majority of us didn't know what went down the previous night. Well, consider the fact that most people who attended the event were in a relationship or semi-relationship. And “things” must have happened that day. That was just an instance. I heard stories of married corpers having extramarital affairs in camps. This might even go on to continue all through the service year. My Advice to Corpers and partners are as follows * Get prepared before they are being posted out to their service states. Discuss it * Keep a constant communication. Give Him/her all the attention they deserve * Make sure you part in high spirits. don't allow a fight before they leave. * Try to visit if you can Well, Humans are unpredictable beings. Let’s hope we can trust our partners to stay faithful and true during their NYSC days. For any healthy relationship, there must be trust, loyalty, and commitment.” Being in a foreign place and away from your love can definitely be tough but you can pull through. Besides, it has its own advantages, like * The Absence makes the heart grow fonder * Bringing romance to your relationship * Falling in love with yourself and discovering new things about yourself My sympathies go out to the insecure ones {Shrugs}. I personally don’t think they’ll survive the absence of their partners. They will go on to have a high degree of paranoia. Please, tell us ... Did your relationship survive past the gruesome NYSC test? Source: http://lifeafternysc.com/did-your-relationship-survive-after-nysc/

Tim Godfrey, One of Nigeria's hottest gospel artiste has just awarded 2 Venzas and 3 Toyota Camrys to His longest crew members. They all took to their social media handles to appreciate him for the gifts. Tim Godfrey who recently hosted his Fearless concert with worldwide Grammy-winning Gospel Musician Kirk Franklin has carved out a niche for himself in the Nigerian Gospel Industry. Known for his trendy music style and Awesome Fashion choices, He's become a big brand to the Nigerian gospel music industry. My Opinion: This goes to all the people that say “Gospel Music doesn’t pay”. Source: https://www.instagram.com/p/BaCJ-8hhuiN/?taken-by=nikkilaoye

GoMyWay is a ride-sharing marketplace connecting passengers with ride owners going along the same route and have empty seats to spare. Go My Way was founded by Damilola Teidi and Sim Shagaya Konga CEO on the board. I registered on the platform in 2015 during my NYSC and I saw huge potential in the online ridesharing platform. It was one of the earliest ridesharing platforms in the country. Jekalo {A CcHub ridesharing app} and GoMyWay launched around the same period, but I think GoMy way was more consistent and popular. They might not have the resources like UBER and Taxify, but they have lots of dedicated subscribers and an excellent service. Here is the mail I got from the CEO ================================================================================= Hi Paul , I hope you are doing well. It is with deep regret that I write this email to let you know that GoMyWay will be closing down. In this email, I'll let you know why we are closing as well as offer an alternative service. I hope you take a few minutes to read. In 2015, I was hired as the CEO, via recommendation by my previous employers, to run GoMyWay. The plan by its Shareholders/Investors was to run a free service for a year or two, and focus on growing the user-base. Over the last 2 years, the team put in time and effort to growing the business and building a trusted ridesharing community. We went from less than 1000 members in the first few months to 12,000+ members; 106,630 rides offered and rides shared across 16 states. However, it does take a lot of resources to run this business and the initial plan was no longer sustainable. The Shareholders/Investors came to a conclusion to shut down operations and close the business as there were no funds to invest further. I want to specially thank you for your support. I believe GoMyWay had the best community and I can write a few pages about it. We had users who spread the word about us even when we had no referral codes to give in return. I remember when Yinka visited a member and he had mentioned how everyone in his office now uses GoMyWay through him. We had users who were always available to share amazing ideas with us. It's no surprise that the second highest acquisition channel was referrals/word of mouth. It does break our hearts to end this wonderful community and we did try to keep it going, but the team has decided to keep the platform running till the end of October. From today, the signup page will no longer be accessible and customer support would also be winding down. I'm so proud of everyone that worked on GoMyWay. The business was blessed to have the most dedicated and hardworking staff who put in more than their time into this. Some of our users have come in contact with our staff, so they know I am not exaggerating. Thank you Yinka, Favour, Segun, Ope, Ayo, Busayo, Doyin and all the contract staff and interns that worked with us. God bless you immensely. Lastly, I felt it would be unfair to leave you and other users hanging with no alternative; so, if you are resident in Lagos and in need of an affordable ride to/from work, please check out the guys at Shuttlers who run an affordable shuttle service for professionals. If interested, fill out their form HERE Thank you very much, Paul; and please feel free to reply this email if you would like to reach me. I will try to reply to as many as possible. With Love, Damilola GoMyWay.com =========================================================================== My Opinion If the Investors were actually pulling out, it could have been sourced to New investors instead of collapsing the entire platform. Look at the statistics 12,000+ members. 106,630 rides. Plenty great reviews across the internet. With the above statistics, They pull in a new set of investors or go into partnership with another company. I see that they are presently referring their customers to another platform{Shuttle.ng} which might suggest a partnership deal or something similar though they promised to keep the platform running till October 2017. Whatever the reasons are, I feel GoMyWay could still be saved. Source: http://lifeafternysc.com/gomyway-is-shutting-down-business-operations/
