Nigeria has beautiful beaches and island that can serve as tourist heaven when fully developed I may show some later. But Nigeria for now is not interested in tourism there are lots of other pressing issues.

Far from it. For a student who do not want to learn nor want others to is probably dealing with Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) caning will not address it but medication and counselling.
