Do they expect him to change just because of their endorsement? Nah. Even if they don't lose sales, they can't control him with their money. Don't worry, he will surely get endorsements from global brands who are comfortable with such comment afterall they are not all run by Simps. |

Myer: You're just another victim of the subtle mechanism used to silence people especially celebrities.
The powers that be clearly want to always control everyone especially celebrities.
Israel's popularity is not only because of his fighting skills but also his freedom to say whatever he wants as long as it's not overboard. Yes, the rape comment was a sensitive one, it doesn't make him a rapist. It's just the same as saying "fck you!"
He however after all the backlash has apologised cos we live in a generation where it's almost impossible to say anything cos everyone is emotional these days.
You can't even call some gay without being labelled homophobic. Even transgenders have more rights now than straight people in the US.
BMW is being stupid as a brand for dropping him for that comment. They think other brands will follow suit. But it only shows they never knew him from the get-go. So theirs was a mismatch.
Israel will continue to have his freedom to talk trash and bash his opponents. Imagine saying a rapper is not allowed to curse on wax. Rap itself is mostly cursing. BMW stupid? Is BMW going to lose sales for dropping him, someone yet to be unveiled? |

Alright.
Hijab will win in Shaa Allah! Avoided what? I focused on my line of thought of your wanting the historical identity of those schools obliterated and not what any Sheik or Bishop said. |
Islam › Re: Baptist College Changed Dress Code To Accomodate Hijab In Australia by Pavore9: 12:12pm On Mar 26, 2021 |
Rashduct4luv: It reeks of nothing! The Present Governor of Kwara State's father built a school which was also taken over and even renamed. Christians and Muslims alike attended this school without hindrances unlike the CAN nonsense that is happening now.
Bishop Oyedepo said "“It is such a nasty development in Kwara State where Muslims are asking their students in our schools to wear hijab, and the church said 'no'. You know the reason why, we have never showed the world the other side of God. God is not a toy; let us show them the consuming fire part of God. They need to know.
”Leave the schools for the owner, go to your schools. Is there any fight? Stop putting fingers in the eyes of others, the world should be warned against the church. The church is a time bomb.
”When God turns his back on anyone or any system, that system is cursed. My advice is; leave the schools for the owners, find your schools. Men and women can wear hijab there. Stop putting your fingers in the eyes of others when they are not blind.”
If his God get consuming fire, why hasn't Boko Haram, bandits, etc been burnt since? Why did Coronavirus have to enter Nigeria?
Their God is waiting for the Hijab Saga to unleash his consuming fire....
The consuming fire sef get Bigotry in it's ways! Let the schools' names remain and focus be on quality of education. |

Rashduct4luv: You actually started well showing how well informed you are until you ended in bigotry as usual. The school in question has been taken over for decades by the government. Government board posts children to them. Government fund them with tax payer's money. And he who pays the piper dictates its tune.
So the case of "build yours and stop looking for who you would take theirs" reeks of bigotry as usual. They were taken.over in the 70s just like other faith-based schools across Nigeria. Since the early 2000s Governors smart enough have returned those schools to their original owners to manage themselves. For you to have called for the change of name of those schools to wipe away their founding identity, reeks of what? |
Islam › Re: President Uhuru Pauses His Speech During The Call To Prayer (adhaan) by Pavore9: 10:22am On Mar 26, 2021 |
freeborn02: Kenyan Muslims are tolerant. They don't give anyone problem.
But Nigerian Muslims are opposite. They are intolerant and have given people a very bad impression about Muslims.
Before you Muslims Start shouting Islamophobia, ask yourselves if your conducts among Christians can induce hatred or not.
So, the so-called hatred is a reaction to your hateful actions.
It won't even stop if you continue being intolerant. In Kenya, the Muslims are minority (about 10%) and majority of them are liberal except those whose hearts aligns with the fanaticism in Somali. |

Rashduct4luv: No wonder this people are getting ahead of us.
The same thing those Missionaries did here while putting up those schools. They changed so many Rasheeds to Richard just for them to be educated. Na Government get the fault for not changing the names of those schools when it became public. What stopped the Rasheeds and their religious leaders to focus on school apostolate as the Christian missionaries did over the century in Nigeria? Islam became prominent in core North way before Christian missionaries even thought of going there, what stopped the faith from setting up schools across the region rather they had to wait for Christain missionaries like the Catholic Church to set up schools like St. John's College Kano which was forcefully taken over and renamed Rimi College or the renowed Queen of Apostles College Kaduna run by the Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles which was taken away from them and renamed Queen Amina College and standard fallen. Go to schools like Maryland Comprehensive Secondary School, Ikeja Lagos that Tinubu returned back to the Catholic Churcb when he was governor (as he did other faith-based owned schools) and see the quality education those same Sisters of Our Lady of Apostles are delivering there, you can't deliver excellence in what you have no competence in! Build yours and stop looking for who you would take over theirs! |
