See, only God knows what's used to originate that city. Even if other cities are developed, I doubt if they can be as congested as Lagos.
Our great grand children will still want to settle down in that city.

If other cities are developed and offer equal opportunities, there would be less urge to migrate to Lagos. People would now have a choice to go visit Lagos to feel what life is like there and still go back to their base.

Many state governments incompetence in public school management has reflected in the low quality of their output, budgets for education is grossly mismanaged There are renowned school management groups who specializes in turning around under performing schools by enhancing the staff and learning environment which the bureaucracy at the State Education boards do not encourage!
