lt is laziness and not happening in Lagos alone as l had that same experience in Enugu years back while construction was going on, a group of rough looking boys came in a bus, did some stunts with the bus at the site and demanded to be settled as they were Nike Youths. l codedly called the Rev.Father who was in charge of the Project, he also drove into the site spinning his car, came out with a horsewhip (koboko) and told them to repeat their request...see boys and Ben Johnson!
