l personally love farm visits as it is enriching, l recall spending some time in a greenhouse of 24ft by 90ft managed by a Rev. Sister l was awed when l saw in it fishponds with abt 10,000 catfish & 5000 tilapia then strawberry growing without SOIL!

l attend 11.45a.m Mass which happens to be the only Mass celebrated in English in my Parish here in Nairobi, so l have no reason to be late as l do have ample time to get ready and moreover it is about 4 mins walk from my apartment.

Very interesting. What could be done with cocoyam.
The commonest is to make flour out of it to serve as soup thickner,l live in a place where l have no access to fresh cocoyam so l use d flour for soup.

l laugh at those who are swearing they can't live in a house built by their wives because it is an "abomination" but when they see their landlady (no be owner's wife but her own property) over-greeting go they worry them..oh such hypocrites!

Nigeria is also the largest producer of cocoyam, a crop which is highly under-utilized.

Though l live in Nairobi,my kitchen is well stocked wit home foodstuff- egusi, ogbono, uda, achi, cocoyam, uziza, ehuru, crayfish, cameroun pepper (all ground). l get my palm oil from Congo.
