Please, how would someone know if a refund has taken place if money was paid by a 3rd party. As in, if Mr A sourced the goods on his account, put them in the cart and gave Mr B the money to pay for them via his mastercard cos Mr A's card was expired.
So in this case, how wud Mr A know the money has been refunded to Mr B's account

Therein lies the problem. The item was supposed to land on the 26th of Feb but it didn't. It's also not trackable. Even if I go to the post office, what date will I tell them the item landed? Bearing in mind that on the tracking website it's stuck at despatched to overseas destination.
They definitely cannot check all the packages that came in since 26th Feb. I don't mind tipping them if they cud look for it but it's gonna be a tough task telling them to look for sumtn that's not even certain has arrived

Aiight baws. Someone in the main thread even sed he got his parcel after it had not been updated for a while. Had to ask him if it was Singapore Post.

I'm wondering if I shud call someone at the post office n ask if the item is there. My only issue is that they usually ask what day the tracking sed delivery failure or the date the item arrived. Or worse, they wud ask me to go and track it on the nipost site n it's not gonna show there . If I tell them tracking stopped since January, they wud say the item isn't there

Also, how would I know the item has arrived? Cos the tracking isnt being updated. Or how sure am I that I wud be called?

Pls who really understands this dispute thing with AliExpress. I feel I'm not doing something right as in I feel I'm supposed to respond to something but I don't know how to. I was given an option of waiting for 3 days and I was supposed to accept but I have checked everywhere to find how to accept but can't find anything. I'm confused. I am also worried about the seller protection elapsing.

P.s: The reason for the dispute was tagged as valid n told to wait for the shipment for 3 extra days. It's about 5 days now n no other response from AliExpress. That's why I feel I was supposed to respond to sumtn.

They process my dispute very quick. They approved my full refund the next day. I was surprised.

Just be conscious of the 15 days dispute grace after your order has been completed on AliEx.

But how will I monitor it? The seller protection elapsed on the 2nd of March... How can I pressurise them to pay before the 15 days elapses

I am suspecting the seller is trying to buy time so your 15 days dispute period grace would elapsed and the seller get paid.

What was the reason you used when you open dispute?

If it was transit and tracking problem, the seller can't be asking for extension.

Got another low value ($9.51) dispute I opened last week, I am expecting my credit alert this coming week latest Wednesday.

Reason was delayed delivery. Seller extent buyer protection period with extra 20 days after I had waited for more than 60 days already. AliEx complete the order after 60 days, I open dispute on the 61st day and awarded full refund last week because seller can't show proof of delivery.

It's AliExpress that's handling the dispute. Cos the shipping was handled by them according to the dispute details. The dispute has been acknowledged VALID. The reason was goods have not arrived and protected period has elapsed. In fact tracking has not updated since 8th January

I have also get my refund but the seller is currently using mural session to beg me.

I have given them a task, get Signapore Post to give details of where the phone is currently and maybe we can track and negotiate anything if the phone made it to Nigeria.

I feel for the seller sha, I only hope Signapore Post refund them for the loss or finally deliver my order so I can repay the seller for the phone.

In my case, they asked for 3days extention. After the 3 days, they asked for another 3 days. Pls is there a way I can stop their asking for 3 days? There's a place on the appeal to upload details or so but I don't know what details they mean or need

There's diff between Singapore Post and AliExpress Standard Shipping. If your courier is Singapore Post not AESS, you'll still need to wait seller's agreement or till timeframe given expires.

If it's ok with you, screenshot your dispute info page.

Patience is a deal breaker when shopping at AliExpress; either for delivery or dispute resolution.

The first option they gave was to wait for 3 days. Seems that wud expire by friday

It was actually about package not delivered. Last update on tracking was on the 8th of January. Protection ended on the 1st of march. Dispute opened on the 2nd of march.
I was hoping it wud be quick cos someone that had the same issue with the same Singapore Post had his dispute decision the next day. So I was hoping it wud be quick
