Explain to me how Sokoloan/Philip consulting is the same with Cashigo/LCredit?

Better still, since you know of Philip consulting, why don't you go after them and lock them up? You have been spewing fire n brimstone whereas you know all along where their address is but you are scared to go and confront them? I guess your boyfriend no agree follow go Phillips consulting or the Soko loan address at Alausa. Of course all these are under the assumption you took a loan from soko loan as well and don't wanna pay

I don't work for LCredit I'm sorry... But since you are sure of your trick and are so pained that they disturbed you, download the app, borrow some more money and then deny access to contacts, pictures etc you spoke about... That way, you would truly be punishing them. But you are scared of them aren't you? And since you can't face the person sending you messages, you come to social media to hide and rant... Now, I have a side hustle that guarantees me 8-10k a week. In the past 5months, those monies plus others I get goes into the loan servicing. Especially, Lcredit loans. I came on here and read where ppl said Branch is registered... So I decided not to make a repayment of N28,800 to them because I heard I could owe them and pay when I have. I have been owing them for 3months and will pay them when I can.

Cashcredit gave me N9,000 to pay back N13,892 thereabouts, on Sunday, I transferred N8,000 to them. I won't pay the balance.

Lcredit app, my loan was increased to over N190,000....I am owing them N130,000 irrespective of all the payments I made to them. I told them I don't owe them and my conscience is free. I could've withdrawn the extra cash I'm allowed to owe, but I am not a thief.

The other Apps, I am owing them about 20k. That's 40k.

Before the laons were due again, I went to my settings and denied them access I granted then uninstalled all of them. Called my closest friends and boyfriend and explained to them and they all agreed that I shouldn't make any payments to them.

Those 30k agents have been calling to insult me, but I told them I would be sueing them if they're not careful. They're contravening Nigerian laws but claim I am the criminal.

Now, who knows how I can track am agent's number? I need to make a scape goat of one person.

You can't pay back 30 or 40k but you want to sue? With which money pls? You think it's free to pursue legal matters? As you mentioned boyfriend and close friends, I was hoping you would say they'd pay for you... Guess birds of a feather truly flock together

First step in knowing that the app is operating illegally,... The repayment period is 7days to 14days. Any app that collects repayment in 7-14 days is unregistered.

Secondly, once they involve ppl's contacts.... It's unregistered.

Rest! You're making a fool of yourself here. cheesy

I was curious and so I looked at your profile. You just created a new moniker to hide behind and spew your nonsense. If you r not scared, why not rant from your official naira land moniker? Why hide and speak? Just shows you speak out of fear my friend.

That guy legit thinks he could fool anyone here. Like, he has seen market women/men to mess around with. Back to back been saying real shit! That company's name is "Lcredit" is Lcredit a legal entity in Nigeria? Noooo. I told him to mention the name of his boss and he's been mute. He doesn't know whom he works for. Ghost company, ghost owners.

Funny chap... But I told you to search for Cashigo International Limited didn't I? You'd see all you are asking for... 5 mins on the internet can educate you a lot but the debts r blinding you...

You say that branch is one of the registered loan apps but yet you still owe dem. So it's not more a case of legal or illegal. It's a case of say you no get money. Lol. If you didn't have a means of paying the loan, why take it in the first place? You don take am, spend the money finish. Now to pay back you dey call dem illegal. But when you use your hand download the app they were not illegal, when you applied for the loan, they were not illegal, when they told you the loan condition was you take ABC to pay back XYZ in 7 days, the app was not illegal, when they credited your bank account the app was not illegal. But now it's time to pay back, the app suddenly is illegal. Lol. What I see is a guy that's broke and thinks he can get free money. After getting the money n it was time to pay back, he takes loans from other apps to pay back thereby digging a bigger hole than the previous one he dug for himself... Keep robbing peter to pay Paul. That's your problem. But you see those debts that you owe, they'd still haunt you... If you didn't care about the debts, you won't go the length you did to avoid the calls and texts to your phone... But by all means, pay Branch you claim are the only ones you can pay... I'm certain in a few weeks or months, you will still come back here to claim branch is also illegal cos you simply can't pay them.

N.B... Next time you want to take a loan, have an investment plan. Also have a Plan A, B and C to pay back the loan. Taking a loan to is not to eat the money cos you r going to pay back with interest. If the loan you take can't generate the interest to pay the loan, my advice, don't take the loan...

You actually work with Lcredit. A fool will always give off himself. I did a better research than you clearly. And to clear this display of defense, go read up David Hundeyin's expose on Illegal loan apps on Twitter. Like I said, any app that gives 7-14days repayment date is illegal. Stop fooling yourself!

You r a funny character... Out of curiosity I checked up the twitter stuff you were screaming about. It's about Sokoloan. Pls show me where Sokoloan app is on play store... You read up what someone wrote on Twitter and then based your whole premise on it simply cos you can't afford to pay your loan? Lol. Grow up and be responsible guy. I'm certain you r the type that na fight your friend go use collect money him give you back.

In your spare time, read up on the loan apps you talked about, search for their parent company, read up in credit bureau, if you have a friend that works in a finance house, try asking the person to check your credit history and see if you can access good money from banks or other loan apps (loan apps don't give as much money as banks though).

If you still want to be ignorant, I won't enlighten you again. You made your choice so live with it but next time, don't spew thrash all over the internet just to justify being broke

The owners of most of these Apps are Chinese...Lcredit is owned by the Chinese. For a foreigner or a citizen to own a business in Nigeria, they have to be registered with CAC, they have to own business addresses that are physical. They have to pay tax to the federal government, for financial institutions like banks in which Loan apps fall into, they have to be guided by BOFIA ACT...Branch is guided and why they don't stress. A company operating that's not registered is not a legal entity. What does it mean to be a legal entity? It can't sue or be sued...why they're ghost, but send you people as agents. Now, as an agent, if you print slandering things about a person and you're caught, you can be jailed as an individual. I could say more, but let this sink in first. Then there's breach of data. SMH.

My friend, you are spewing thrash with muscle...LCredit and every other loan app out there is registered and they pay tax to the federal govt AND Lagos state government if they are registered in Lagos state

Again, no one cares whether they borrowed to give to ppl. There are laws that regulates the activities of financial institutions in Nigeria. If you can't operate by those laws, then no one is forcing you to open a loan app. The standard interest rate was less than 2%, as at months back... No financial institution is obligated to give more than 2%, but your criminal entities give over 30% with shaming of citizens who default. Didn't you know that loans come liabilities before venturing into the business and thereby taking advantage of vulnerable people? Better educate yourself. In Accounting, if a customer can't pay off an obligation, you write it off as a bad debt. There's no law in Nigeria that says you should brand people criminals 'cause they took a loan but failed to pay. Bankruptcy is a legal term. People don't go to jail for failure to pay a debt.

You are claiming the interest rate is 2%. That is for commercial banks... Y don't you just go and take a loan from a commercial bank and see if you are eligible instead of taking from loan apps?

Now talking about writing off loans as bad debts, the loan should have gone bad for at least 6 months before it's to be considered as a bad debt

Like I said earlier, Nigerians can be unscrupulous people that always wanna get free money cos of the poverty in the land. And like you said, people don't go to jail for failure to pay a loan, but when there is intent to deliberately take money and not pay (fraud) you can go to jail for that

Oga!

First off, Those Apps are ILLEGAL. They're not registered with the CAC or operate by BOFIA Act. There's nothing like "I agree their method" is blah blah blah...Branch that's registered with the government doesn't stress when a customer defaults...it would reflect in your financial dealings with Banks if you owe registered apps.

That being said, did you not see where I said I collected a loan of 40k to add funds to finance a failed business and went borrowing from A to pay B?

However, you don't call ppl's contacts when they're owing. That's a breach on their rights.

Guy, they are registered with CAC... They are even registed as money lenders. Just go to their website and read it. It's not hidden...

A loan was asked for, it was given... If the business you put it into didn't work, it's not their fault... If you have an account in GTB Ikeja branch and the branch is robbed, will you accept if the ba k tells you that your money is missing? It's not your business that the bank was robbed. Same way the loan app doesn't care if you invested in a business that didn't pay. If everyone comes up with excuses when they take loans, how will the business survive?

Finally, if you read their terms and conditions, it's written there that they can call your contacts in case of defaults. So calling your contacts isn't entirely illegal as you claim

"unless"

Well, in my case, they didn't.

So who be the Olodo?

All 5 apps can't accessy contact. They didn't even store my pictures.

Welldone.

Just curious... You took loans from 5 different apps and you r calling the apps criminals? It seems to me you took money you can't pay back and then you start trying to give them bad names... But if you must know, those apps are not illegal. The methods they use in recovering their money is not nice agreed but Nigerians have been so impoverished that the average Nigerian wants to take money and not pay back...

As regards the interest rate, you don't keep money with them so the money they give to you is most probably borrowed from somewhere and they are to pay back with interest hence why their rates a higher. You can't compare them to commercial banks cos they have capital bases as well as deposit ratios... Also, before taking the loan, you saw the interest rate and still chose to take it.. After getting and using the money, you suddenly realize the interest rate is high... If you don't like the way they do business, open your own business and give out loans. See how easy it is to recover your money from your friends talk less of strangers...

One last thing.... These loan apps as you call them employ more than 300 -500 Nigerians. They are paid and get other benefits... What have you done to impact the lives of any other Nigerian except yourself?

I made a mistake choosing NIPOST...I didn't think it through.

So I should bear the loss of the goods?

If you're in my shoes, that what you will do?

Free the matter?

The most annoying part of everything is that I can't even track the stuff.

I only have picture of the receipt, tracking number on it isn't working.

I'm just there for a month and few days now.

So I should leave my money with the seller because I chose NIPOST?

I want to understand.

How are my I even sure the receipt he sent me is genuine?

Because the whole stuff doesn't make sense.

Even though NIPOST is bad....it shouldn't take this long.

Reason am bro.

Let me ask you... Do you think he didn't send the parcel but claimed be sent it?

Another thing you can do is, send a mail to nipost complaining about the issue and see what they say. You can also upload the receipt to them to know if it's real or fake...

But in all honesty, if it was me, I would not take liability for the loss (especially if I know I genuinely sent the item in question) cos I asked for a better courier service but you insisted on what you wanted. Now it has bleeped up, you want to put the blame on me? Nah... It doesn't work that way bro

Yes I chose the courier service - I never said the seller is a scammer.

I brought the matter here to confirm if it is really possible for NIPOST to delay items sent from Lagos to Abia for a month now.

I didn't order from overseas oooo

The package can't be tracked, nothing nothing till now.

My only anger with seller, is that I asked him if I don't get the package again... would he refund me? He said no.

But chief, you harsh o! If he refunds you as you are asking, who will bear the loss of his goods? Nipost? That you chose to use despite him asking you to opt for something different?
