The Anti-Corruption Crusade of the Buhari Administration has discovered a new modus operandi in its continued fight to reclaim all stolen funds from officials in the past dispensation.


The Federal Government has issued a directive to the Police, DSS, EFCC, ICPC and other relevant bodies to search all Soakaways within the premises of all erstwhile and current PDP chieftains, and any person who held political office or Government appointments during the Jonathan regime.


This comes on the back of the recent discovery of $1,000,000 in the soakaway of Air Marshal Adesola Amosu, former Chief of Air staff, and his subsequent arrest. The Government has learned that PDP officials have been evacuating their Soakaways en masse, and has quickly moved in to check the trend.



In a statement released today, Lawal Daura, DSS DG, made it clear that all Soakaways would be searched, irrespective of content.


"we don't care if we are told the soakaway is filled with excrement, we will search it to ascertain that ourselves", he said sternly during his Press Cofenference.

A Reliable source at Complex magazine has informed our Entertainment Desk that Nigerian Artiste, D'banj, literally begged Kanye West for a guest spot on his new Album, The Life of Pablo, but his pleas fell on deaf ears.


According to our source, D'banj was present outside Madison Square Garden, where Kanye launched Yeezy Season 3 and also played his Album for the 1st time. We learn D'banj was there in hopes of trying one last time to convince Kanye to give him a spot on the album, even if it was to "Shout for 15 seconds like on Cruel Summer". (these were D'banj's own words).

However, we learn, D'banj was not allowed into the venue, as he did not have a ticket, due to them being sold out in 11 minutes. He still hopes to make cut for the album, as there is still uncertainty surrounding the actual date the album will be released to the public. D'banj was spotted by our source with a Flash drive, allegedly containing his pre-recorded verse.

"I've recorded my verse already. It can fit with any song on that album, so I don't really mind" D'banj told our source outside MSG.

The Administration of General Muhammadu Buhari has stated countless times that the war against corruption and recovery of stolen government funds will be a focal point of his government. It also seems he will be getting help in his fight against corruption from an unlikely ally:

Former President Goodluck Jonathan.

The President has revealed himself to close confidants that the only reason former President Jonathan has not been summoned to Aso Rock to answer questions regarding the massive looting of the last administration is because of his “fantastic co-operation thus far”.

According to our source, the ex-president himself is responsible for uncovering Dasuki gate. He also fingered Raymond Dokpesi as one of the beneficiaries of the massive Arms Scam.

Recently, the president has also named Femi Fani Kayode as a recipient of over N1billion during last year’s election campaign, monies he could not account for after the PDP lost the election.

The President also says he is confident that before the middle of 2016, Jonathan will have dropped the names of more than three quarters of all who looted the country’s treasury dry in the past regime.

We got in touch with President Jonathan to confirm the story, and he told us this:

Tempers are currently boiling over outside the FIFA gala as it is being reported that Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have gotten into a fist fight.

Details are still sketchy but we gather that Messi took offence to Ronaldo ogling his girlfriend Antonia Rocuzzo and shaking her hand during the ceremony.

Messi was said to have gloated to Ronaldo backstage after he was awarded the Ballon D'Or and Ronaldo retorted that he would "f*** his B****". This pushed Messi over the edge and he hit Ronaldo on the head with the Ballon D'or. At this point it became a free for all fist fight.

According to documentation that reached us at FNN HQ, President Jonathan declared ownership of a paltry 2 million Naira in the bank, 1 House in Otuoke and 8 goats. The goats even have names: Benji, Harry, Sai, Loveline, Beardgang, Pay's boy, Seniorman, and the youngest kid, Jidenna.

The declaration of assets has left everyone puzzled, and many refuse to believe that the assets mentioned are all the former president possesses after nearly 10 years at the helm of Nigeria's affairs.

His spokesperson has however, reiterated the sincerity in the former president's declaration, saying "that's all he owns in reality. Everything else was made in Patience's name".
