Godymn: Dear All,
I need your candid advise between a College and University
Which is better,
University of the Fraser Valley (UFV), Bsc Computer Information System. Northern Alberta Institute of Tehnology (NAIT), Bsc Applied Information System Technology
Your advise is high appreciated.
***Appreciate*** Just finished from Nait and got admitted again into Bsc Applied Information System Technology *Network Management Major . Alberta is best for job and PR and also NAIT is a tough school which is well known by industries in Alberta . Getting into the program will be difficult but if u apply Oct 1 which is the first day of 2016 fall application and have all necessary admission requirement then may be u will get Accepted . My question for you is which major in Bsc Applied Information System Technology do u want ? i dont know anything about UFV. |

TempusQ: IMO Make sure you first to the city Lambton college is first. Then check the deadline for Lambton tuition payment, if you'll be in Canada before the deadline, no worries, but if you won't, be sure to pay for your first semester tuition before leaving. And secure your place with Redriver College. After you must have gotten your Study Permit at POE in Canada, request for tuition refund from Lambton (digest their refund policy, I think you will loose CA$1,000 of your deposit).
Please sister, trade wisely and be meticulous, until you get your Study Permit which was exactly what you applied for in your approved application, behave as if VO is still watching you with CCTV.
More grace Will loose only $500 , That was what i did . |

kennykentipsy: I just spoke with someone who works in Headquarters of a bank he told me a client's bank details can't be disclosed to a third party except in the case the account is a join signatory or there is a consent from the court of law to disclose what the client has in his/her account.
I further questioned how embassies do verify accounts he said they scan a copy of the bank statement which was submitted by the applicant to the headquarters then they use it to crosscheck if it genuine and corresponds with what the applicant submitted then they reply. they won't even disclosed the flow of the account Same thing i said few months ago , CIC only verifies that authenticity of the bank statement, just to make sure it came from the bank, that's all .They dont ask for the cash details . |

teesboy: Some applicants are fortunate to get their study permit approved for a diploma program after a BSc degree but it is advisable to always apply for a program relevant to what you studied during your BSc program which shows academic progression. a Postgraduate program or MSc would be better when he/she is reapplying. When you do not meet the purpose of visit assessment by virtue of a program considered to be below a BSc degree then be rest assured that other reasons would be randomly ticked as well. If the diploma program is what you really want then use a postgraduate program for your application and switch to the diploma program when you are in Canada. Yeah i believe you. That was what i did u during my time , he just got a job with a bank so i will just ask him to relax till next year September for a better repackage . |

I was refused oooo. Applied May 8th 2015 online, received response July 8th 2015. I mailed them that my applications was more than 8 weeks some days back tho before they now replied. Reasons for refusal are; 1) purpose of visit. 2) personal asset and financial status. This is also similar to borexio. Does this mean we shouldn't email them again ? so mailing CIC now na automatic refusal? Please which email address you use email them ? |

This is my new tips for does applying for TRV, especially online route. Make sure u label all your document on the top right.Imagine having 80 pages of document with different information, its very difficult to read or identify which document is which . We have to try to make the job essay for the VO's, I once gave my pdf document of 90 pages to a friend who is an immigration lawyer and after reviewing she mentioned i have some missing document i was suppose to attach, but the truth is that i had all document in that pdf file, Document arrangement is very important because this VO's are sometimes very lazy and impatience. So if u think u don't understand what am saying, please give you pdf document do a friend before submitting and see they can identity all document by them self. Always label each of your document, Makes the document easy to identify by the VO, even when using paper route, you should use a sticky note on top right corner of the document to specify each document .Just an advice!! |
