Is this what you wish for your family? |
EggovinMma:You're so on point sis. |
EggovinMma:@ the bolded. Thanks for pointing it out. We now have an idea of how she got the mansion. ![]() |
ArodeTsolaye:For your mind. ![]() |
Setaje:Or blood money ![]() |
Even the WSA has no functional website or web presence. I guess the award is made in Aba ![]() |
He simply claimed irresponsibility. |
I just couldn't help shaking my head at people's comments here. To those saying they should be locked behind bars forever, if that is justice, then I hope, you get served too. If you are related to Disu, then you should hold your head high because he died for the "right cause". You can blame the omo oniles as much as you can but I doubt if many of you will say all these if some people with government's connivance just decided to appropriate your ancestral lands to themselves. A peaceful protest turned violent when the deceased invited mobile policemen to disperse the protesters with live ammunition. Of course, you would expect them not to fight back. Though I wish they knew better and wait for God's judgement. Many towns in Ibeju Lekki are under siege because some powerful persons are interested in their coastal lands. Why do I know this, because some of our lands have also been forcefully taken over by Tinubu and his cohorts citing general interests but being divided among loyalists. |
I've always admired his intellect. I wish him all the best. |
warrior01:I sincerely pray that the joy of occasions like this will not elude you. #Quithating |
Meanwhile, Dr Strive has updated the details on his Facebook wall. He has included details of former Akwa Ibom governor's attempt to sell its stakes. @ Pangea kindly update. Thanks |
I have been following Dr Strive on Facebook and it's good thinking for someone to create this thread. I have even shared on my wall for folks to understand why Econet kept changing names. But the truth is the youths don't read anymore. It's so worrisome that no single person commented on the post. There were 3 states (Lagos, Delta and Akwa Ibom) that invested in Econet. All the governors were accused of diverting the proceeds of the sales of their holdings but nothing beyond accusations People must also know that Ibori's flagrant attitude more than his corrupt practices put him in harm's way. At least, Dr Strive gave us an insight into one of his outbursts. I am glad that these revelations are coming out and Nigerians will be dispassionate and be unanimous in fighting corruption. Out collective future depends on it. God bless Nigeria! |
That is what it is - vanity. |
989900:Well articulated. I can understand the desire of the financial sector pundits for increased devaluation because it will lead to influx of investments in the financial sector which doesn't always translate to improved economy. The funds are used for their expansionist aggrandizement without any real value to the real sectors. We witnessed such era recently when the bank's who loathed funding manufacturing sectors but the quick fix oil and gas businesses and we all saw the outcomes. PMB has an idea about how such things work and he has expressed his scepticism about further devaluation. I hope the hawks around him will not force him to do it for their pecuniary gains. |
Do these two dumb goats above me have to keep mentioning Yoruba in their posts? I don't care about Amaechi or whatever becomes of his ilks. If Senator Sekibo and his cohorts have a strong case against him, then they should be encouraged if the fight against corruption is to be taken serious. If you are one of those who castigated those who accused Buhari of witch-hunting Jonathan's ministers and aides and you are here defending Amaechi, you are no different from the wailers . |
A Yoruba woman called Radio Biafra and you opened a thread to gloat over that? Please tell Nnamdi Kanu to include a sanatorium in his planned republic because so many like you are already on the "loose". Awon werey gbogbo |
fr3do:Ok. Are you happy now? Even when people have pointed out the obvious flaws in your deductions to you, your pathetic mind still decided to maintain the stu.pid conclusion. |
It's really so disheartening seeing Nairaland become a forum for peddling falsehoods and disjointed reports. Many observant members have pointed out that the accident happened nowhere near 3rdMB but the mods are yet to do the needful. I'm sorry @Seun but Nairaland has really gone to the dogs. This was the forum where you could get the right information to any objective enquiry in not so distant times. Now, we see irritable posts and threads making FP and people calling attentions of mods to promote such. I know you have done so much to achieve this but you must arrest this ugly trend even though I know there's a commercial angle to it. God bless your hustle bro. |
Run your mouth Igbokwe after all your pockets are already swelling with proceeds from the wharf (Lagoon). http://dailypost.ng/2015/09/11/ambode-appoints-joe-igbokwe-others-as-heads-of-lagos-agencies/ |
hinwazaka:As usual, you were blind to see that it was Jonathan that appointed him. I don't know where you read in your history books that Awolowo had anything to do with federal character. More so, of what relevance is that to the topic? Only a jaundiced brain like yours will make such conjectures. |
http://thelondonnigerian.com/2015/09/16/fernandez-at-last-the-veil-is-lifted/ thorpido:What you don'tknow doesn't kill you. I was also ignorant until I read this. |
Jonathan doesn't have money? Ok, give him some of those you stole. Aren't you supposed to be your brother's keeper? |
oshyno:You mean you didn't know that US was colonised by Britain? You didn't know one of the most basic lessons in History. I am most certain that you neither have much knowledge of Nigerian history. That is why many of your ilks are being led to perdition by Nnamdi Kanu. How can anyone take you serious? I bet many ignorant dolts like you abound in your Biafraland. |
He resigned for his ministerial post. Quote me again! |
Nonybb:Just like your father. You this ill-bred son of a goat. |
This Ogbeni has cast an effective spell on the people of Osun. I spent years at OAU during Akande days and I knew how determined and resolute the people of Osun can be. Truth is many people have been bought and popular struggles are easily betrayed these days. Who will save Osun from Ogbeni? |
ifyalways:Wicked...Lmao |
Good for laughs. Not a fan of Oshiomhole though. |
