I beg to admit that most of us on this platform act a bit childish. Your deductions from the interview panellists' body language seems vague. Out of over 3,500 interviewees that were interviewed, do you know how many come from your state? Do you know how many got all their questions correctly? Do you know how many got excellent responses from the panellists? Do you know how many candidates that will get letters without going through the processes we passed through? Do you know how many candidates whose portals were closed but were still invited for the interview? Don't you think those whose portals were opened in the 11th hour just to attend the interview have about 80% chance of getting the job? I know of guys who were just asked to tell the panellists about themselves and were asked to take a bow and go. We all should put our trust in God Almighty instead of hoping on what a panellist has told us.

you are right. Its upfront they pay and last i heard from the last intake...entry level upfront was about 4m after confirmation. Salary was about 300k per month(basic plus meal allowance). Not sure if its still same or will be reviewed by 2018 but those figures show why its like blood and sweat to get in there. Again, That is what i heard from last intake..i don't have further info about salary scale. If entry level gets that, you know EH will def be getting more. Seasons greetings..

Heheheheh lol! You can't be the highest in your field and 25th in your state. That means the majority of the remaining 24 would be highest in their respective fields. na only your state Waka come?

... Guy, it is pure lie. No consultant was in the interview. Some of us had only 2 interviewer and both was asking questions, they are all DPR staffs.

50% is a bench mark score already. as I no reach am, that means I failed woefully. thank God I didn't see the exact score. maybe na 10 over 100 I get. you follow do this DPR? good luck o.

I'm curious, why did you leave though? Reason I'm asking is that I have someone in my family who works with Total but really wants to switch to McKinsey. Kindly shed more light please. I've told the person to stay with Total oooo, but e no wan hear.

this is very true. I did mckensey and I failed woefully self. was told I got below the average mark of 50% or something like that. this was shortly after I finished university. it gave me closure. I had never done a test like mckensey and till date that test has been the hardest test I have taken. I have never come accross such questions in my life I was also told to keep applying for any other job openings . perhaps when I did the test u had not joined. this was between 2007- 2009 or so if I'm not mistaken .

hahhahahahhahahahhaha...... my stomach!!!! I follow them laugh too. secrecy breeds corruption. I am sure the next thing is offer letter which to me is the greatest injustice to Nigerian youths. not even knowing how well one performed so one can improve in other interviews. not even knowing the criteria or cut off mark used in picking candidates is wicked. some people swore that they did so well in the test yet were not invited for this one. some people who already work in government establishment swore that they and others they know got there by merit as if they were shown their scores or the scores of others to know who is truly lying and who got there on merit. even when I did dragnet and mckensy and associates, just to mention a few my score was sent back to me. that to me is transparency. when it comes to government recruitment, if its your time, Its your time.

hahahhahahahh. thank God I quickly removed the second post I posted after that. were you also aware that nnpc did silent recruitment as DPR too. and this was one of the fights that happened between kachukwu and the GMD nnpc. hence they quickly told the candidates to go back and do it the right way. it was because people were complaining hence everything came out. sit down there make pant dey wear you. that same recruitment still stands. only this time they are forcefully doing it with you people just to shut the masses up. nothing has changed.

My dear, I wasn't going to respond to her again. During NDDC scholarship wahala in 2014, I encountered a lot of her type, one even use english that bust my head, said his person was in the "top echelon". When God favoured us, I start to find oga wey get person for "top echelon", my dear I no see. They only have mouth.

I just don't understand how people stay and assume rubbish... I'll say this is the first federal govt job I've applied for, but how the hell do people know how it's shared amongst senators and what have you. Believe you me, all that thing is RUBBISH!!!

That's how people said there was wayo in NDDC scholarship, I can authoritatively say that for the one I did, I repeat, the one I applied for and got, more than 70% got the scholarship on merit.

That said, of course, I believe there will be slots allocated to people but I don't believe it will be that overwhelming.

Lastly, I have only used my experience with NDDC to just encourage us all and make us know that we should still keep faith, a lot of us will get it on merit, and even if we don't, it's an experience, although it might be frustrating, it's an experience and life will still go on.

Heard everyone invited for interview are already employed. Esp. graduate trainee from an extremely genuine source. Am not invited though.

budget is the cause of dpr delaying for invite.Until they sign budget before dpr will start calling.As for the edit profile, dpr did not send any message to edit profile, some hackers send dose false messages to dose whose account has been hacked. For d portal close, dpr temporary closed down d site pending when it will be opend again for invite. Frm a classified source undisclosed.

I repeat NNPC pays GT level SS6 5m. I know what I am saying as I did my IT with them. Deputy manager in NNPC collect as high as 18million, GM 25m, GGM/GED 35, GMD 40 plus million.

lol, no I'm not. You are the recruitment expert, wouldn't you want to give everyone the chance to overcome whatever challenges that may hinder them from showing up for your interview? In my experience over the years, I've observed a minimum of 2 weeks mostly.

The guy is totally wrong. Many APO guys didn't have to add/remove anything.

They only wanted to know if there are changes in address, e-mail, phone number, e.t.c. since it is almost a year that we submitted applications.

If their credentials and information were missing, they would have not been shortlisted for test.

When I downloaded one of my documents to cross check. I discovered that the documents were saved with my first name and a code number. It was then that I discovered that the documents have been seriously scrutinized.

My dear, we actually don't know how long we are going to wait for DPR. Since u have till mid Jan to accept or decline, i suggest if DPR doesn't call till den, u can accept d offer. It all depends on wat u want shaa.... By d way, are u a pharmacist?

Gudevenin all .. I had to go find out things myself. I placed a call to them,(dpr).. with their contact number.. and the reply was .. if you got the update mail well, dpr is still trying to give u a fighting chance at d recriutment cos your credentials are not complete n correct n needed an update... If u got d mail n you can't access d portal then call them so that you can be able to Edith n re scan ur credentials correctly.. if you didn't get the mail n no access to portal, means your credentials r complete n u Shud b hopeful to be called for interview... The site is down that's y it's displaying APC.... N only those whose documentation have issues that can access their portal so as to be able to Edith it..hence d mail.... ..
This was the explicit information I got from them today wen I called...
PORTAL STATUS DOES NOT IN ANYWAY A DETERMINANT IN MOVING TO THE NEXT STAGE.. be hopeful.. n keep trusting God..
