Family › Who Take Care Of Parents by peacengine(op): 12:22pm On Apr 09, 2016
More in old age, male or female children? My friend and me were discussing this issue today. He said he usually gave his parents money but his sisters were more helpful in taking care of them like cooking, cleaning, conversing and such.

My parents are still middle aged, I was wondering if I and my brothers only provide money needed for their upkeep when they become old, who will do the other stuffs, maybe our wives, or do we get special helpers for them?

Have you noticed similar patterns in your family

No question .....not mathematics

demand and supply theory is responsible ....

Increased suppliers/producers that lead to increased supply of produce while demand is reduced and cost of production is static ......

God help Buhari. ....God help Nigerian government ......God help Nigerians

....what u get when u keep all your eggs in 1 basket(crude oil reliance)=unforseen hardship
Demand and supply? But Nigeria population has not changed drastically from 2014 to 2016 na

Op:

1 barrell approx is 160 litres
So in the 16years ppl ( grin) @150/1$ that means 111*150= 16,650 naira per barrell divided by 160litres equals 104.25 naira per litre, wetin the 16 years ppl dey do to sell at 87naira na God fit explain and maybe our efikos and agba awos fit do something about it.

The 9months 1 year ppl rule... 40$ * 199(bank ratehuh) equals 7960 per barrell divided by 160 litres equals 49.75 naira.

So op the answer to your question oder equation.

Pdp/16 years: suppose sell at 104.25
Apc/1 year: suppose sell at 49.75

All the same sai baba, give us 15 more year's and you can compare us with pdp's 16 year's time.

World market oil price = $111 per barrel = N87 pump price in Nigeria

World market oil price = $40 = N200 pump price in Nigeria

If you can solve this equation, you are more brilliant than Einstein.
Family › Re: Why Do Females Change Their Surname To That Of Their Husband After Marriage by peacengine(m): 6:10pm On Apr 04, 2016
My wife can use her surname in the middle of her name, there's no law to back the practice of name change, some things we place importance on are too stupid.

In a dispensation where the present government has succeeded in using social media to formulate unfounded opinions and biases. I just want us to gain a balance. Here's a picture of Zuriel Oduwole interview GEJ when he was president, it didn't help the plight of Nigerians then and neither will it now. And more so it wasn't pasted all over social media to curry favour. Nigerians please wake up and let's face real issues and not pictures.
Nice one bro

I am yet to see anyone who 'eats' his/her cake and have it.

Perfect mothers? Don't think it is achievable.

And I am sure some 'Presidents' will still be able to tend their homes in addition to ruling the world.
We eat our cake and have it, we rule the world yet we still have loving wives cooking our meals and warming our beds grin we also have them taking care of the kids while we work grin It's a man's world grin grin and we can have kids at any time we want grin it's so convenient cheesy
Family › Re: Don't Delay Pregnancy: D'oh! by peacengine(m): 5:32pm On Mar 23, 2016
This is why women will never be equal to men. You can't eat your cake and have it, some sacrifices have to be made, if all women want to be mothers that is perfect, but you will loose out on participating in things outside the home e.g politics, and other occupations that require your time. This is why the argument that a woman's place is in the home, you cannot be the president and at the same time have to cook for your husband and kids, accept your place as kitchen minders and baby making machines grin
