I think you jcan. But you have to make corrections as soon as possible cos you'll be given an ID by the school and you wouldn't want your name to be spelt incorrectly on it or have issues. But I'll see if I can get more info about it

The gospel can be propagated in different ways you need money for some and some do not need money. For example airing a gospel programme, printing tracts, having a crusade or gospel choir concert etc are ways of spreading the gospel and money is needed for all of these. No one is going to come to ask for money for all of these but tithes and offerings layed down by obedient children of God are used. Giving tithe is one of the ways of attracting God's blessings and protection upon our lives same as giving to the poor and needy. Tithes should be paid in the church. One should not pay tithes and think he's giving to the poor or give to the poor thinking he's giving tithes. I understand you think tithing is a waste but you should try it and see if God will not open the windows of of heaven and pour out a blessing upon you that there shall not be room enough to receive it
