OGA, pharmacists are trained to prescribe and dispense drugs.. we even deal in clinical health and drug manufacturing, Please make research before asking questions that'll cause unrest....this is a fault from both sides, the pharmacist didn't have prior knowledge of the patients history and pharmacological reaction with drugs, and patientsshould read the instructions leaflets in drug packs before taking them.. IT'S VERY IMPORTANT! THAT'S WHY THEY'RE ALWAYS INCLUDED!

There was nothing wrong with what the pharmacist did.If there is no particular drug,the pharmacist can give alternatives.It's what they are trained to do.
The problem was not taking history and the victim here not volunteering such information.

u r a quack pharmacist! U do not have the right to change the prescriptions given by a doctor. #never! Like d guy said, u r to do wat u've bn instructed or directed to do! YOU ARE NOT DOCTORS
