Am surprised some people are saying that this is not true.  This is just another of the ladies tactics to start-up a conversation. Somewhere along the line, a deal would be struck.  They may succeed in getting the pop-corn, watch free film, stay a night or more (depending on your financial ability) with you. Some of them are thieves. At the end of the day, they willl rob you. If they offer to buy the corn for the guys, they may turn down the offer.  So they have opted to ask for it.  Some stay in bus stops asking for free ride to nowhere in particular.  The first thing is to get into the car, other things will follow.  I have witnessed a situation where a man gave a lady a ride.  When she got to her destination, she refused to come down from car until the man pays her for the sex services she rendered.  The scene attracted a large crowd and the man out of shame paid for nothing.  These ladies are terrible.  They devise several dubious means of making money.  They dress well so as to avoid any suspicion.  I have witnessed several of their fake tactics. MEN PLEASE STAY AWAY. They are professionals in their chosen career.

Sam, from what i gathered here, you entered into a relationship when you and the girl were not mentally matured. It wasnt really love as you saw it, it was just infatuation. Have you looked at it from the angle that if she had not jitted you, you would have had an open mind to love other girls, which today would have left her regretting. God would have allowed things to happen that way so as bring you together later in life. Love conquers all. If you fell you still love her, accept the renewal proposal. If however you dont really have feelings for her, don't bother yourself about her anymore. Marriage is a whole life decision. It is not a contract. You can't spend your life with someone you don't love. It will not function well. At the time you were with her, ladies being what they are, she did not see any future in you. She had a long way to go also. It is possible she is ready now. To forgive is huma. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth will leave everyone blind and toothless. The final decision lies with you. Pray about it.

No pain, No gain. God according to the Bible has ordained it to be so that a woman will go through pain before she gives birth. When my wife had our 1st and 2nd kids, the pains were not really much, just mild (according to her). I witnessed it live, Within minutes of getting to the hospital, it was over. But when she gave birth to the 3rd and last one, she went through hell for hours. The boy came out sitting down. Thank God the Doctor was experienced on such situation. It was not a good experience for us at all. In all, one need not be afraid of giving birth. God will not abandon His own in the labour room. Behold, He is with you always.

It is good to be greedy when others are fearful but you have to be careful also. Before you invest in any company, you need to consider the fundamentals of the company, i.e. price earning ratio, past financial record, the board, the nature of business etc. You need to consider different factors before you decide to invest in any company. This is not the time to invest and expect to sell tomorrow. The market is for long term investors and not get rich quick investors. Do your home work well and invest wisely. There is no better advice than telling you to go back to the bank. The money is with them. They are not denying that. They are only playing smart so as to use the money for some time. They will not take excuses from anybody so don't take excuses from them. Request to see a responsible officer of the bank i.e. someone like the branch manager, branch accountant etc. that could speak on behalf of the bank. Don't engage in verbal communications alone. Write a letter of complaint to the Branch Manager and make copy of the document and attach same to the letter. Let them acknowledge the letter so that you will have a copy as evidence. Banks are smart. Be smarter.

Court of Appeal orders retrial of Aregbesola's petion - The Court of Appeal sitting in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria on Monday ordered the Osun Election Tribunal to retry the petitionof Action Congress' governorship candidate in the April 2007 gubernatorial election, Rauf Aregbesola. Can we applaud the forthrightness of the Court of Appeal in pointing out that the lower tribunal perverted the cause of justice? Time will tell.
