One brainbox might work for a camry 2000 produced in may, will not work for another of the same year. You buy brainbox with the car VIN. I repeat, post or send me the car VIN and the part number of the brainbox you bought. I will help you to check if it is compatible.

You have been conned . One thing about brain box is that it is either the right one or not. If it is, it works normal. Post the VIN of the car and the part number of the brain box.

For ATF, if it is an american spec, the recommended oil is Toyota T-111. You can also use Amsoil ATF. If it is not american spec, then use any Dexron 111.

Why the double post?

A 13 pin gear box sells for 300. 10 pin of the same goes for 130. Our mechanics will tell you they can convert 13 pin to 10 pin and it will work. Ask yourself, is the mechanic wiser than people that made the car. The 13 pin is an electrical connection that go straight to the ECU(brainbox). This should give you an idea if the gear will work well or not.
