It is biased and unfair to say that buhari is the exactly the same person he was 30yrs ago. Nobody is the same person he was 30yrs ago, not you, not me, not President Jonathan, not Buhari. Buhari was 40+ years old and a military man. President Jonathan had no PhD then i guess, neither was he nursing any ideas of being President. Have you listened to Buhari recently? Are his campaigns about the things you have said?
In the GEJ administration, we have not had the FOI, we do not have access to his assets or his PhD thesis or the PwC reports about NNPC. That is what press freedom is about. Under this democracy, we have seen the disenfranchisement of many citizens due to harrassment of citizens at the Osun and Ekiti state gubernatorial elections by the unnecessary influx of military personnel on election day, not to mention the Mbu case in Rivers state and the teargassing and shutout of lawmakers just recently. Go and see the poor people and many innocent people in police custody, SARS custody and co and see Human rights abuse like hell. Human rights is not just for rich people and popular people like politicians. When you talk about massive retrenchment and job loss, i wonder where you verified those figures you gave. By the way, the economy had already collapsed from the Shagari government, job loss was not as a result of Buhari's government but Shagari's and it was not to that tune. Buhari's economic plan did not fail, and he paid all our foreign debts as agreed and as at when due. Also, the era's judgement was not selective but based on what they thought was proof.

I like the fact that you have an open mind, You are indeed a rare germ amongst the vast majority of Buhari's supporters i've engaged in a proper discussion.

I'll reduce Poverty by 50% - Well it was a projection and i'm sure no one will come out to tell me that poverty hasn't been reduced by GEJ directly or indirectly, Sure-P GIS, YouWin, NCDMB (Local Content), Agricultural revolution, 14 universities, the list is endless.


Anyone that cannot improve power in 4 years- Has power improved in your area? People now have Microwaves in their houses, something they never saw the need for, Power has improved but it's not at the level it should be, but it's a gradual process, people now have @ least 10-12 hours of supply daily. We can do more.


I hate the fact that people keep using these girls to score political points, "we are at war" in certain parts of the country and need a robust approach, We can do more, but i'm happy with the current efforts.

The second Niger bridge is under construction as well as the the River Benue bridge, Lagos govt promised light rail in 2012, this is 2015!!

These are the few I can remember,
We still have challenges
In the areas of Power - But we have improved slightly and hopefully we'll continue.
