Even with Simple Mathematics. You'll notice that it shouldn't also drop by 50 % the price. Because of your LGA Chairman's Help.

Therefore you have

#141 -. $112 per Kg (b4 price drop)

X. -. $49. per Kg (after price drop)


X = 141 * 49 / 112. ~ #62 .

But remember in Processing Garri there are some "Fixed" cost that didn't reduce by over 50 %.
