I used the word 'sometimes' a gurl (10) came to me cos her neighbor almost had his way with her but when she told her mum she spanked her, said that it was her fault it almost happened. I believe in spanking although i don't have a child,  Am speaking based on personal experiences i've had with my parents. For a child as curious and stubborn as i was?,  The CANE is required. Have you noticed that after you spank you lil kid( usually frm 2) he/she still comes back to you to cry.
