Hello,I registered at upwork recently and after registration I got a message saying the marketplace does not have opportunities for my skills and that I should add more skills and experience.I have added more skills but to no avail even though upwork did not accept my registration,I have been given the connects needed to make proposals. My question is even though I wasn't accepted can I still make proposals. |
