Many things can affect the color of your urine.
1. Are you taking any drugs for any illness?
2. Are you fasting?
3. Do you take very little amount of water daily?
4. Does your urine foam (frothy)?
5. Dyou void large quantity of urine?
6. Have you notice any blood in urine?

Most if what you wrote are correct yet i cant see how it nullified the fact that Europe destroys itself when a part of it becomes too powerful and that US helped Europe from utter destruction from Nazis.
Again i ask "how many European countries were standing strong before US came in"?
Please just stop arguing with that guy jare. Does he know about the AIDS Britain and France, "even Russia" recieved from USA.
In fact, who speared headed post WW2 EUROPEAN development? With massive fundings and developmental policies??

That derrmy guy is a joke. Having Knowledge is different from insight.

It's like you are really obsessed with America. You are talking as if US came to do the job for Europe. WW2 was won through the alliance of different countries, US troops were fighting alongside french, british, polish, Swiss, Netherland, Russian troops even these imperial powers went to their colonies to recruit conspcripts to fight for them. Conscripts were taken from Africa, middle east and other parts of the world in large numbers and you are giving the credits to America. Infact the performance of Africans in the 2nd world war was great that it boosted their morale and changed their view of white man superiority. This is what happens when you are obsessed with someone/something and you can't even think straight.

I'll stop quoting you.
Bros stop talking like this nau. All those countries you mentioned had all fallen during the war. France was over. In fact, France became a battle ground. Britain was strained; barely surviving from trade deals between USA. Or what dyou think prompted Japan's action and US entry into the war? Even your might Russia was hit.

Bros re-read your history.

Where was this western alliance during WW2 when the Germans over ran almost all of Europe? Americans had to travel thousands of miles across the Atlantic to rescue Europe. And you're here in 2019 talking about a mythical western alliance. Don't go and talk like this on American forums. They'll just insult the heck out of you.
Oh nice. I should have waited to read this before replying him.
Foreign AffairsRe: President Macron Of France Is A Fool! - Trump by Penboy: 3:25pm On Jul 27, 2019

You are arguing out of point you are even arguing against your point. Oh yea US is the one paying the bulk of NATO bills but which country is actively using the alliance for its interest most? It's the United States, so what do you expect? The fact that US is the one paying bulk of the bills should tell you that America really values and need NATO and does not want the alliance to die.

Let me give you facts. If NATO dies today i can tell you western European countries would build their own military organisation that would protect them from Russia and any other percieved foe. Infact french president Emmanuel Macron has hinted on that last year when Trump was barking at European countries for their inability to pay up their bills.

US is the only country in NATO that has invoked article 5 during its creation. After the 9/11 attack on US. US triggered article 5 and declared herself under attack, NATO countries started flying intelligence misson over US in solidarity and moved to Afghanistan to smoke out the taliban govt that gave Osama a safe haven. So that alliance is very vital to US world hegemony. Do you think US can take on Russia and China alone without the help of her NATO allies?
O
US really need the cooperation of her allies to continue her hegemony.
This one that y'all are mentioning allies allies since morning. Mention the allies of USA presently and let's analyze their strength both in Economy, Technology and what have you. Combine them all and they're not as half as the USA.

Allies that almost crumbled during the WWII if not for the interference of the USA. Agreed, allies are needed but you just gotta understand the dynamics of US.

Bro's face it. US right now can take on any nation in the world.
Foreign AffairsRe: President Macron Of France Is A Fool! - Trump by Penboy: 9:34am On Jul 27, 2019
dermmy:
Europe needed America during the world war. And remember the 2nd world war was won by alliance not US alone. The muscle US flexes around the world today is due to the fact that it has support of its European allies under NATO. Unilateralism is what US thrives on, whenever US ditches United Nations and takes a Unilateral move on the world stage with support from its allies be rest assured that US actions would be justified.

Without the cooperation of European countries during the cold war US wouldn't have been able to put Soviet expansionism in check. After the 2nd world war ended USSR under Joseph Stalin started expanding eastward, eastern Europe was falling to Communism and this was a threat to Western europe and America, the main reason that led US to create NATO in 1949. And this NATO really boosted US power during the cold war years because the USSR would think twice before unilaterally taking actions that undermines US powers and influence.

Emmanuel Macron once said that Europe should create its own military force, a military force that can defend europe even from US, why? Because they are not happy with the US under trump. If that should happen that would be the beginning of the end for NATO and the end of US dominance on the world stage militarily. The reason US is running its madness around the world is because of the strength of the NATO alliance. And i can tell you US has achieved its selfish interest around the world through this NATO alliance. Bro let me cut it here. US needs Europe the more but Trump does not see this because he doesn't know intl politics. Putin a brilliant tactician knows the importance of alliance when he said some years back that

"The dissolution of the Soviet Union is the biggest political disaster of the 20th century"

Look at Putin today he needs alliance badly so as to project Russia's interest around the world. What US is still enjoying.
The NATO you're actively mentioning, who dyou think is massively financing it?
Take America out and it'll die a natural death.
Europe might have begun the struggle for modern super powers but those countries won't dare America.

Check most institutions that America formed with other world nations, most fundings come from America. Trump even complained bitterly about some.

Truth is those European countries have gone lazy.

HealthRe: NMA Threatens To Embark On Strike If FG Yield To The Demands Of JOHESU by Penboy: 9:41am On Jul 03, 2019
Mrvalent:
Some of JOHESU'S demands are reasonable but some are far from being reasonable . You want to become consultants, then no problem.Take the UK for instance, there are consultant nurses in the UK who after 1-2 years of further studies become consultants in their fields. To say you want to earn the same salary or even close to the doctors' is far from reasonable. Just talk based on facts, check up the average salary of a consultant Physician and that of a Consultant nurse in the UK and you see that they are far apart. In fact the average salary of a junior doctor, even though lower, comes close to the average salary of a consultant nurse . Same applies to other paramedical professions. In fact such obtains in most parts of the world. Google is your very dear friend. Use it.
To think pharmacists who I venerate so much involve themselves with these people and try to chide the work of a Physician baffles me. Sometimes in life to try to prove your worth is an insult. So I won't scatter ground with examples but understand that the physician's knowledge in diseases, interpretation of lab results, diagnosis, treatment plan and management of complications can't be paralleled by any paramedic. I am not even talking about a surgeon now. To tie these things needs deep understanding of sometimes complex concepts which is not acquired by the years of study alone but majorly by the content. I know there are medical schools in Nigeria that produce half baked doctors but that is the same for most other courses including paramedical courses so do not individualize medicine in Nigeria as the only source of half baked graduates.
Sometimes (not everytime) people that blame doctors for the death of their relatives are actually the ones to blame for their nonchalant attitude towards health cos some of these patients are as good as dead. I have seen examples of paramedics even on this thread who claim to be able to manage patients only to kill these patients or to even refer to the physician after its too late. Mind you, the unsuspecting public take these people as medical doctors so all the blame goes to the medical doctors after an unfortunate eventuality. I say with experience that most doctors out there are not actually mbbs graduates. I know a ND holder that now performs appendectomy after years of watching a doctor perform it. He has killed two patients and he is still practising. The unsuspecting public will blame a doctor ''mbbs holder'' for these deaths. Such occurs only in Nigeria.
Now, I am not saying there are no quack medical doctors but so also are half baked graduates in other paramedical courses.
Also, blaming the decadence of the health sector on the leadership of the hospitals being doctors is absolutely misguided in a nation with multisystemic decline. Name a sector in Nigeria doing well in recent times. Education? Defence? God help this country !
I am a graduate of the University of Ibadan and I have written and passed my PLAB 1 exam ,hoping to write PLAB 2 and move to UK in the next two years and leave all these rubbish behind. My fellow medical doctors, I challenge you to take an International exam if you have the capability and leave this country for the wannabe physicians.
P. S .. I support some of JOHESU'S demand and I respect the paramedics. But this envy and not knowing one's place tend to tilt me to the other side.
If you need information on the PLAB process, you can contact me.

qanda:
From Nigeria To Europe – My PLAB Experience
This write up is a guide for Nigerian Medical Practitioners who want to continue their practice in the UK.

Upon graduation from Medical School, I was eager to contribute my quota to the Nigerian health sector. Few months in practice, my hunger to serve Nigerians was replaced by another type of hunger; the hunger to continue my medical practice abroad, this was after experiencing over 9 months nonpayment of salary, governments lack of commitment to the health sector and the outdated equipment available to majority of Nigerian doctors. I developed a global mindset of pursuing personal development and contributing to the global health sector - the world is now a global village.

I searched the internet about the available options and learnt about PLAB, a two-part assessment exam that international medical graduates from outside the European Economic area and Switzerland are required to pass before they can legally practice medicine in the UK. The exam is conducted by the General Medical Council of the United Kingdom.

Passing the IELTS exam is a prerequisite to writing the PLAB exam. IELTS is a test of English Language proficiency. It is designed to assess the language ability of non-native speakers who intend to study or work in the UK. The IELTS requirement for PLAB is a band score of 7.5 (not less than 7 in each of the exam modules – writing, speaking, listening and reading). To prepare for IELTS, I used materials from IELTS online, IELTS buddy, IELTS Cambridge. IELTS Cambridge materials are available on the video section of Q and A App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tolu.qanda.

After passing my IELTS exam, I registered a General Medical Council (GMC) account on the GMC website to secure a reference number. After securing a reference number, I registered for the PLAB 1 exam. In Nigeria, the PLAB 1 exam is written in March and November in five cities including Abuja, Enugu and Lagos. The pass rate (cut of mark) for the exam is dependent on the average performance on the day you sit for the exams.

After passing the PLAB 1 exams, I registered for the PLAB 2 exams in Manchester. It is a bit tasking to secure a VISA for this exam especially if you do not have a sponsor, but its not impossible. Drawing from my experience, you’d need to maintain a healthy bank account over a 6 – 7 months period. A healthy account means that you receive a regular monthly payment in your account from a legit source, one you can explain and maintain a minimum balance of NGN800,000. The account should have minimum withdrawals.

I did not subscribe to the services of any agent to process my VISA, it was when I got to Manchester I discovered that a majority of the other participants from Nigeria secured their VISA with the service or guidance of an agent. Whether to use an agent or go about obtaining the Visa yourself is a choice.

The PLAB 2 exam is quite costly and should be well planned. There are a number of tutors for the PLAB 2 exams, they include Samson, Swamy, Hammed….. I understand that Samson now has presence in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a good development for Nigerian doctors, you can save a reasonable amount of money on accommodation by enrolling with samson in Nigeria as against traveling to Manchester – you will eventually need to travel to Manchester to sit for the exams. Note that the PLAB 2 test is not a written exam. It is a practical exam that tests for your listening skills and how you empathize with patients. Again, the pass rate is determined by the average performance of the participants.

To give you an idea of the cost of the exams, note that this is a guide as at the time I wrote my exams (2018-2019).
IELTS – NGN 75,000
PLAB 1 – NGN 196,000
PLAB 2 – NGN 395,000
Visa fees – NGN 120,000 for priority, NGN45,000 for Regular.
Flight ticket - this depends on your choice of airline and vary from time to time.
Accommodation in Manchester, I spent about NGN255,000 (one month period)

The materials I used in preparing for the exams would be available on Q and A App. I will also share how I secured employment on my Q and A App account. I encourage you to install the App from Google Playstore.

"Life like a mist, appears for just a day and disappears tomorrow.

All that we are can quickly fade away replaced with tears and sorrow

If a man should die, can he live again,

Hear the promise God has made

He will call. the dead will answer

They shall live at his command

For he, will have a longing for the works of his own hand (Read Job 14:13-15 and 1 John 5:28-29)

Ok, so far these screenshots look legit.

But that doesn't really mean anything.

For all we know, you may have hacked into somebody's elses account and screenshoted it.

I did a Google search and came up with a website.

From what I'm seeing, Bros, it's like you stole this Micheal Ezeanaka name, or hacked his account.

Evidence in my favor

The original guy has

•has a blog, books and his account screenshots. His pics are also available for anybody to steal.
•Wouldn't need an anonymous name in an internet forum.
•Some of Helios statements are nearly copied word for word from the original Michael Ezeanaka.

It's looking more and more like identity theft and you've highjacked an innocent person's account and trying to pull a fast one.

Please remember that scammers and identity thieves are liable to die young.
Guy... If that guy said he made over a mill dollars on Amazon Kindle, please believe him oo.

Someone who just started writing is making over a thousand dollars monthly. I know because he uses my Payooner account and every month end I get the alert.
Money that's not mine. *crying*.

Bros, it's just that I'm in med school so no time for me.
But I promise myself this holiday, I'll meet him to teach me work.
