Multiplier7: Hi, am a beginner on US stock markets. The minimum amount to use in buying US stock is how much pls? And again if shares bought didn't go your prediction, can someone wait till the price goes up before selling?
Thanks in advance Depending on the broker. Some require minimum of 10 dollars to invest. And yes, you can hold your shares to whenever you feel like selling. |

Family › Re: "Marry Your Friend" - Who Then Is Your Friend? by Penboy: 1:49pm On Jul 06, 2020 |
SmartPolician: Everyone is screaming marry your friend, but they are forgetting something. The way a girl treats a friend is not the same way she treats a lover.
A girl may seem veryyyyyyyy nice when you guys are just friends, but you will see a different girl when you start "entering the place".
Then, she will make you to understand that for the fact that you didn't have any responsibilities to her as a friend that cannot be the same as a lover. You will start wondering if she's really the same person you once had as a friend.
My point is, while the idea of marrying a friend is good, there's always a huge cleavage between a friend and a lover. Bros.. You've said it all jare. Sometimes, she would think that she feels more connected to that her friend than to you as lover. When she starts to date him nau, the whole situation changes. #peace. |

OakPearl: Dear Mission08, It is heart warming and feels very gratifying that you have acted on this tip already and most satisfying is the fact you did your due diligence.
Very pleased with your win as it validates the whole essence of this forum.
Let me also clarify that short or long term, this sector will pull in profits (like you have just done) if careful picks are made; and my ultimate focus will be long term. EV has come to stay and will make the patient who have foresight tonnes of money. The financials of SOLO is not looking so good. |

It doesn't have to be a full time job to do this effectively I know someone who bought 3000 dollars worth years back .. Ecobank (ETI) . He checked last year only for him to weep! Men, constant checking is important o. |

Tvegas: I woke Up to my GTBANK dividend alert this morning ,I have been more happy all day. I have also discovered that a good dividend is good for your health,it can elongate your life. I plan reinvesting half of my dividends for the next 6 years in bond market.
I exited the market 13 years ago ,I paid heavy school fees buying junk stocks. What I lost in the market in those years is enough to buy a nice duplex now. Within those years I ran away from anything stock market meanwhile people were making a kill here.
A year ago, I started following the market again. I started researching again. I have read through most of the posts of the gurus on this page. I started investing again, this time cashflow became my watchword. If a stock can't repay my investment in 10 years its not worth my money.
Special kudos to emmanuelewumi the grandmaster of cashflow investing . The oracle, mcy, ogg, currentprice, Agba, all the jijo masters and crew, all the doomsday prophets, all the kilometre 22 crew . May our portfolio continue to swell, may we continue to chop this stock market money together. |

mission08: Hi Oakpeal, many thanks for this heads up.
I saw this post yesterday morning and I quickly did some research on EV stocks. My quick search lead me to Electrameccanica Vehicle (SOLO) among other viable stocks also considering the fact that it is a small cap stock. With the information I read, it seems quite promising and I bought a few number of shares. Between yesterday and today, I'm up 59.5%. Although I don't know what brought about this huge increase but I'm glad I didnt delay when I saw Oakpeal's post. What price did you buy at? |
