This information is from a very close inside source but for now I can only say everyone should keep a very close watch as things unfold within the next few months.

If yes, then you have a legal right you can exercise as the wife of the marriage. This is because technically, you guys are still married in the eye of the law and you are still his legal wife. You are only estranged but technically married.
