Their logic is faulty. If we agree that a man who is facing criminal allegations cannot lead the senate, then we are opening the doors for the executive to control the leadership of the senate.

In as much as the criminal prosecution power is in the hands of the executive, it means any government that doesn't like a particular
senate president or House of rep speaker only has to institute a case against him, no matter how frivolous and the person accused would have to resign. That
doesn't make sense.

Saraki is innocent until proven guilty. If he is convicted then he has to go, but not
otherwise

LAGOS STATE GOVT. & all concerned parties shld urgently resque the people of ikorodu from this traffic, 'cos it has extended frm mile-12 to Majidun. What kind of repaving they are carrying out @ mile 12 that has taken more than a month....wht could b done within a week. Now we spend 5hrs on this rd daily. Even d BRT buses are not enuf 'cos u'l spend 3hrs+ on d queue. If an urgent action is not taken, we may OCCUPY YOUR BRT LANES.

Now, the question is, do we have tribal or a secular State belonging to one particular ethnicity in Nigeria?

In Nigeria, the State belongs to its citizens and not to tribes-people, be them Yoruba, Tiv, Igbo, Fulani or Ijaw.

There is nothing like Yoruba land in Nigeria and can never be until the
constitution is amended to accommodate such obnoxious definition.
