Op, your post is sensible but I dare say unrealistic. The convergent forces that habitate Nigeria are intrinsically incompatible and cannot evolve a nation out of Nigeria. In addition, the territorial traits in ndigbo has an underlying potential time-bomb that is bound to go off without notice sooner or later. The wisdom behind the UN's charter on self-determination, etc, is almost out of this world and is highly commendable. If couples who profess to love each other and subsequently marry supposedly for better AND for worse are allowed to dissolve the marriage, nothing should and must stand in the way of people who wants out of an unsolicited, unnegotiated forced amalgamation by people who would not live with us.
