pls i am about to fill my form now and pay for my visa fee,do i need to do so in a cafe where i can print cos i dont have printer at home,or will the payment receipt and appointment confirmation be sent to my email.

Ok thank you,guess i have to take it out from the form cos it wasn't asked i just wanted to clear it up incase the VO see i stayed longer than the visa.

.....just the way you explained it here, the most important thing is telling the truth, you may not be able to remember all the details but tell the truth if asked.

ok but should i write it in the extra information section or wait until i am asked during the interview.below is my writeup in the application

I APPLIED FOR A PERMIT WHEN IN SOUTH AFRICA TO UNDERGO A SHORT PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA COURSE,BUT AFTER 2 MONTHS I CANCELLED THE VISA APPLICATION AFTER I FOUND OUT THE COURSE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA AS I WAS TOLD BUT JUST A CERTIFICATION NOT APPROVED AS THE PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA DOESNT HAVE APPROVAL SO I WILL BE AWARDED A DIPLOMA,I REPORTED THE DECEPTION TO AUTHORITIES,GOT MY FEES REFUNDED AND TRAVELED BACK TO NIGERIA,HENCE I DIDNT OVER STAY IN SOUTH AFRICA THAT IS WHY THERE IS NO OVER STAY STAMP AND FINE STAMP ON MY PASSPORT.

pls i have a little issue worrying me,on my last visit to south Africa i overstayed by 3 months my last visa date,but i did apply fopr a visa extension in SA to undergo a short course,i left soon after but didnt complete the course because i found out the school was bogus,i dont have a over stay stamp or fine stamp on my passport as immigration saw i applied for an extension with the decision still pending when i traveled back to Nigeria...how best do i explain this to the VO cos i know they will peruse my previous visas to see how long i stayed in each country.

That's what I did. I submitted, paid for and printed my application on the 12th, but my 28th day was on the 23rd, did my final transaction and submitted on the 24th. all in September. Visa was issued in a week. I think some other people here did that too.

Pls what do you advise,I want to submit my online form and print and pay for visa, but my 28 days will mature upper week,I just want to beat the November rush and get an interview date fast.can I proceed or do I wait till after the 28 days has elapsed then I can.thanks

Sorry I missed that. The answer is No then since you haven't traveled to any other country apart from commonwealth

i just finished filling my form,perusing thru i saw that i have been confused all along by this 2 columns

1-Have you been issued any visa for the UK, UK Overseas Territories or Commonwealth in the last 10 years?

2-Have you travelled outside your country of residence, excluding to the UK or a Commonwealth Country, in the last 10 years?

I have been to only commonwealth countries just to have second opinion and be sure which is applicable to be?

i will be making my visa application in the coming week,i have received my CAS and all that was stated i submit is my university degree,i want to also add my academic transcripts even this was not stated,or should i just stick to the CAS document and submit just the degree certificate.

i am filling my form online and got to this section:Have you travelled outside your country of residence, excluding to the UK or a Commonwealth Country, in the last 10 years?
i have been outside the country to South Africa,Cyprus,Maldives,Tanzania and Uganda these are all commonwealth countries,should i still list them or just click No.
please just need clarification.Thank you

Your 28days counts on 7th of November. You can print weekends, but it doesn't matter, the 32days is still ok.
Yes, you can make a transaction (deposit preferably) before printing the statement

boss pls i will be printing 32 days statement period,as i want to start counting from tomorow 10th October-10th November as the i cant print 8th and 9th cos its the weekend.also can i make transaction on my account that 10th November so i can show closing balance before i print statemrnt or i print a day after closing balance shown.thank you

is it necessary i include my marriage certificate when submitting my visa application,my wife wont be travelling with me but since i filled her details in the wife section i am wondering if i should include the marriage certificate.
