It could be doctored & it not be but double picture is not a grantee for authenticity. In this issue, it is not matter of old & new. What matters is the period of the redesign. They may have more than 6 different set of olds but it now depends on old ones when they migrated from one picture to 2 pictures.

Eg, if the policy is to redesign it after every 10yrs from 1980.
Don't u think may be from (1980-1990), they may decide to change the colour but maintain one photograph.
Then, may be from (1991-2000) they may change other things like security but still maintain one photograph.
From (2001-2010) they may introduce 2 photographs.
And them from (2011-2020) the may still maintain 2 photographs but change other securities.

So what I am trying to say is that if this 2 passports u posted here falls within two period (2001-2010 / 2011-2020) which carries 2 photographs? Then ur assertion will be invalid.

Just like WAEC certificate from year to year there are little changes which those that produce fake won't know for that particular year. They will assume that all waec certificate appearance are the same. Those changes are the securities.

Absolutely right. I have put up to 10 years inj service, my salary is just 82k. I started with 45k as 8/3. It's painful when you hear what your peers receives monthly from other agencies, when you and them were employed with same qualification and same entry level.

they will get more than that ,they will get the same thing with police ,I do not know about Ndlea or FRSC but civil defence , immigration,fire service and prisons ,already put in place since last year harmonization of salary ,allowance structure with Nigeria police ,it took three years to see this work ,it was finally agreed on signed and approved last year with them and police .......so whatever police is getting that is what civil defence ,immigration ,fire and prision will get ,a bsc holder should be getting close to 200k .....

1. Court affidavit
2. Waec/neco or primary school certificate that has the new D.O.B
3. Date of birth or Age declaration that carries the new D.O.B
4. Drivers license, international passport or voters card that has new D.O.B (they can waive this for you tho)
5. #15,000

Change ur date of birth in a lawful way - #15,000.

You can't do Modifications without being present, if you bypass it, nimc will know and ur NIN will be disabled.

What will be the implications if one changes it lawfully by reducing it but waec certificate still carry the old date of birth?

Yes I do have up to that amount. But If I get federal job make go the pay me around 500k monthly with around 4m upfront yearly e no go bad na. Bro 7m is not much for a good federal government job.

Since CBN can't pay u that amount in a month, that means it doesn't worth it.
