Hazard is a left midfielder in 4-2-3-1 formation, in this case, hazard is not a proper winger unlike in 4-3-3 formation were neymar is a winger/left wing forward. It depends on team tactics and set up by coach. iniesta and lampard are known as attacking midfieders while the formal has dribbling/successful take-on and skills the later has the goals and assist as a result of team set up and formation. If only hazard plays for real madrid (because real madrid n barca play same formation and set up) then we can assess both(hazard n neymar) in terms of goals. i have watched neymar enough to know that he is a player whose sole aim in the box and to his team is to score goals and score goals stylishly. He waits for his team mates(eg iniesta,messi,raki,oscar,willian,alves etc) to do the playing,look for holes and creates space for him to enter and finish. I've never watched barca or brazil locked in a game against a defensive team and see neymar drop deep to create opportunities that turn the game around. Instead in such games he will be substituted. Neymar is even not a prolific striker, he scores 3 out of 5 chances, his misses are heart attacks, but his tap in's from squared passes are accurate.
I know hazard from lille, he is the kind that also loves being the main man, in a game hazard can average up to 10 dribbles. At first i thought he's being wasteful but from last 2 season's i began to see that he uses it for the good of his team, for instance, when chelsea are hard pressed by a team you'll see hazard drop deep and after recovering the ball he immediately resolves to dribble around the chelsea box and by doing that he baits the hook and the players foul him resulting in a free kick around the box, pressure's over. Now in brazil we all know that they are not a strong side when compared to 2002 brazil team and even 2006 team. Those brazil teams never build their play and philosophy around one player, they dealt in team work. i can assure you that if neymar was in those brazil teams, he'll be in the bench. This brazil team is making themselves weaker by reaffirming to the world that neymar is the all, no wonder peru could hold them to the last minute before the winner came, infact if neymar was present in the last world cup when they played germany, joachim low would have told the german players to hold down the likes of oscar,alves,marcelo,hulk those who feed neymar with the ball, thereby rendering neymar a mere athlete because his source of passes has being held. From the blast of the whistle, all Nigerian players went defensive. We hardly did anything with the ball for the first 15 minutes. We left Awoniyi to be in front with no support. Anytime Sokari got the ball, he plays it to the opponent. Our wings was so flat that when their Captain, who is the right back, gets the ball, he comes into our half to torment us. They had a couple of balls in our area and wasted them. At a time, a fluke shot was thrown at our keeper, while he attempted to save it, the ball passed between his hands over his head and it was a goal.

After the goal, we knew we needed to score so Sokari got the ball and still kept giving it to the Germans. Bulbwa was supposed to be a winger but he was often found in our own half. Savior was the only outlet who took on players but there was no support since Awoniyi is often far away.

Our midfield was completely non-existent.

What would you do when it was halftime? What would the previous Manu Garba have done? Yeah right, you would have removed Sokari and Bulbwa for a start and play pacy players like Simon or Iheanacho or Ifeanyi to help the midfield and offer respite to the defence. Right?

Not the Manu Garba of today. Guess what he did? He did NOTHING. We continued playing like we had done in the first half, this time around Germany saw that we had no intention of winning the match and came out more. Now, our goalkeeper became very busy. So what did Manu do? Guess again? Wrong, he removed our only outlet, Saviour Godwin and introduced another striker. Now the situation was worse now that the gap between our midfield and attack became very wide. Sokari was very useless by always conceding possession and, Success and Awoniyi were very isolated.

All this while, we still had NO SHOT ON TARGET.

Guess what Manu did next? You guessed right, he removed Sokari but this time on the 80th minute. Guess who he replaced him with? YOU ARE VERY WRONG!

He brought in a defensive midfielder when you fvcking need a goal and left proven goalscorers like Kelechi, Simon, and Yahaya on the bench.

Then we played and played like that until the referee blew.
