I remember that I bought a SIM card for over N30,000, but today, it is virtually free. If we free the fuel market, that same thing will happen which was as a result of competition is likely to happen..

They keep comparing Gsm evolution in Nigeria to that of pms so as to deceive its citizens, its like saying marketers will dish out free fuel just to get customers, the evil and vicious marketers that we known wont dare it. Gsm was not a necessity, in as much as there was delay in communication and business activities, people were doing fine without it, its baffles me also when they say Gsm is cheap in nigeria. Since 2009, Automotive Gas Oil (AGO), otherwise known as diesel has been deregulated yet the price is still where it is. These heartless and wicked marketers will hoard products making it a scarce commodity so as to increase demand and price. Government wont have control over them, even when they have control, they cant monitor them. The fuel scarcity last month proved to Nigerians that the sellers of the products don't care about the buyers, they have adjusted their pumps so as to make profit from sales.


What i still find hard to understand is the new price setting. before deregulation, we were told that subsidy of 12.62 to 12.68 is been paid for a litre, so if the amount goes off, its not up to 100. how come 145?

I feel one has to be matured enough in character for him to take that decision of settling down, you will surely know if your has future plans with you except you don't communicate effectively. I could not bear the pains, I had to travel 400km few days ago to go see her and she was aware I was coming. After serving me, she went to bed immediately. The next day(saturday) came, I could not hide my feelings anymore, I asked her what's going on, she told me she needs time to sort herself, that she needs a break from now till February, I was speechless, asked why, she said she can't explain. I tried to ask if its the marriage issue, she said no but said there was pressure on her to marry very soon. I try to persuade and convince her like I usually do but she just kept mute. Just don't know what to say or do, it's still like a dream. Am very emotional and it's affecting me badly, I had to travel sunday, she transferred 40k into my account but I feel it's a bribe and want to return it. I just can't trust ladies, not even my future wife.

I believe you're a good person with a liveable persona but still make sure you get some form of self sustaining job before advancing plans for marriage. Reassure her that things would be fine and you would soon get a job.
