2. In the second year he acquire another 12,000 + the old 12,000 = 24,000 unit , with dividend of #2.8 x 24,000 = #67,200
3. In the third year he acquire another 12,000 + the old 24,000 = 36000 units, with dividend of #2.8 x 36,000 = #100,800

The point is; Since they(LARFAGE WAPCO in this case) did not put out any unaudited report before the 31th of Jan, then they must come with the audited result on or before the the end of February 2020 !!
The same also applies for other quoted coys.
