Chibuking81:You are now getting the drift. Of course no markdown and the sharing formula won't change.. Ratherr just like the case of AIICO the UPDC RIGHT ISSUE were used by the COWBOYS to increase their holdings in UPDC Note the qualifications date for the right issue was dated back to Sept 30th 2019 that tell you there is COOKIES IN THE JAR. ABOVE ALL FEW WEEKS AGO I ASKED THE QUESTION BELOW. In 2013 one of UACN cashcow subsidiary called UPDC REIT was listed at N10 per share with market value of N30billion In 2017 another UACN subsidiary called UPDC raised N5b right issue at N3 per share Again in 2020 UPDC raised another N15.96B via right issue at N1.00 per share In 2018 UACN the parents coy raised N16.2b via a right issue at the rate of N16 per share Now that UACN the parents want to unbundle their 94% shareholding in UPDC and their 65% shareholding in UPDC REITS and split the shares among their minority shareholders. Now ask yourself after all this billions were pumped into UACN and iit subsidiary what do you thiink will be the VALUE of UACN PONDER ON THAT AND DON'T BE DISTRACTED BY ANY SNAKE. The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has written to the House of Representatives to request for the approval of fresh external borrowings totalling $5.513bn. Buhari, in the letter read by Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, at the plenary on Thursday, said the funds were for 2020 budget deficit, financing of critical projects, and some states of the federation. The President also presented a revised 2020 Appropriation Bill and 2020-2022 Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper. The National Assembly had recently approved a loan of N850bn for the Federal Government, while another of $22.79bn, which the Senate has already approved, is pending before the House. Oil prices rose early on Tuesday as market participants believed that improving demand and more supply coming off would ease the glut faster than expected. As of 10:37 a.m. EDT on Tuesday, WTI Crude was up 2.44 percent at $34.08, and Brent Crude was trading at $35.77, up by 0.90 percent on the day. By afternoon, prices had slipped back, with Brent trading down on the day at $35.49. The more bullish market sentiment of the past few weeks has been supported by the production cuts from the OPEC+ group and from economics-driven curtailments, especially in North America. OPEC’s heavyweights, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Kuwait, have pledged more cuts on top of those they have promised in the deal, and even Russia is said to have been really trying to comply with the OPEC+ agreement this time, unlike in previous pacts. https://oilprice.com/Energy/Oil-Prices/Oil-Prices-Rise-As-Supply-Shrinks.html BARGAIN HUNTERS TAKE NOTE! ![]() |
