If states Govts can ban interstate to curtail the spread, why cant it curtail the spread within the state since it already has infected figures, your pursuit should be on providing palliatives and other amenities if the state considers the lockdown longterm.

- No palliative to social distance (stay home)
- The Govt could not even manage dis-infection.

If the present Govt could not sustain subsidy at $50/barrel, imagine one that sustained it above $100/barrel and a 100% approx minimum wage increase..
